Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

After a long wait someone started to resolve it but then said he would have to finish things off in the morning because something had gone red!!! Then got an email saying complaint closed!!! It’s not!
