@btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

@bt_uk Hey why are you trying to renege AGAIN on a refer a friend voucher? Every time I refer someone you try the same trick to say it was ordered outside of the referall link, you cancelled the appt 3 times! I will not accept this treatment again. Your customer service is awful

@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

@bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

Where is the care and compassion @bt_uk? A lady been to see today to help her with her bills. She is unwell and lost her husband. In a contract she feels forced into and you want £950 to end contract plus she can't afford what you charge her monthly. Shocking.

@bt_uk She doesn't as never used a PC or anything. No email. Her husband used the internet and she has his tablet but no idea how to use it. Basically the person said sorry you signed a new contract tough. No care no compassio n. Nothing. BT called her and she felt pressured to sign.

Never in the world of business have I seen such awful customer service @bt_uk. No b/band connection for 2 months!! Then you reconnect on 29th Dec only for your engineer to NOT confirm work completed - result is no b/band 17th January. I cannot operate my business. Do you care??

@bt_uk Hi, I not very happy with BT, Thought I would be honest and return a Mini Hub supplied during broadband outage in May? last year.just had text to say thanks we will dispose of it or recycle. Had I known that is the outcome I would have kept it and reused it. Total Waste.
