Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Moved to Pulse8 Broadband who have great cust service and not too expensive, wouldn't use anyone else now 👍
