As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.
