So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@bt_uk We haven't had internet for the last 3 days, still don't and your customer service has been awful. We all need the internet in the house to work and fulfill tasks but your company just doesn't seem bothered at all.

@btbusinesscare Oh, you have no idea how much patience I’ve had to excercise with BT for a few years. Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

@btbusinesscare 01569 762672 is the affected number & I can be contacted on 07703 849863. I have a hotel that has had a fault for over 2 weeks. Back up dongle nor working , no phones, WiFi, card machine, Internet today. Other issues unresolved almost 2 years on!
