    @MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

    @bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

    @AS0151 @bt_uk Luckily I have unlimited data on my phone contract so I am using it as a hotspot with no problem.. if we connect to the hub it all dies

    @btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

    @bt_uk Hey why are you trying to renege AGAIN on a refer a friend voucher? Every time I refer someone you try the same trick to say it was ordered outside of the referall link, you cancelled the appt 3 times! I will not accept this treatment again. Your customer service is awful

    @bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

    @btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

    I had at least 3 conversations with staff saying this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

    @AS0151 @bt_uk Both my S21 and ipad are on 4g and are perfect ... very fast everywhere in the house but this little hub is terrible .. its not the signal

    @Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

    @bt_uk Thought you should know there seems to be an issue with setting up DDs through the Android app. It doesn't save the details. Been with you for years using the same account to pay with no issues, but the last 2 payments failed. Setting DDs up through the website seems fine

    @bt_uk That's the showing at both hub and disc. Problem worse than before as hub is still not reaching the room. Need another disc to connect to the already installed disc BT gave me.

    @cambridgebarber @bt_uk I actually had that issue a few days ago. This is going to sound ridiculous but I unplugged everything from walls etc for 5 minutes. Rebooted and it returned much much better. However mine been here for a while. Yours being set up today doesn’t sound good

    @jmmgee @bt_uk I don’t work for them but myself and and another were able to dig around the internet to find actual information. Service providers and Openreach have provided no actual information just estimates that’s keep moving.
