Its quite a realistic call with strict tone that u feel u should follow instructions. Did 1471 and number that called me was 01816792513. Clearly scam that's an old London area code

Every time I refer someone you try the same trick to say it was ordered outside of the referall link, you cancelled the appt 3 times! I will not accept this treatment again. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!
