    @bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

    @AS0151 @bt_uk Luckily I have unlimited data on my phone contract so I am using it as a hotspot with no problem.. if we connect to the hub it all dies

    @MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

    @bt_uk Hey there! No it’s still not working 🥺 however, I’m moving out of my house tomorrow and Into my new one. I’ve already spoke to an advisor about this a few weeks back but I’m not sure what to do? There’s no point ringing for an engineer when I’m moving. Shall we DM?

    @btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

    @Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

    @btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

    @bt_uk Hey why are you trying to renege AGAIN on a refer a friend voucher? Every time I refer someone you try the same trick to say it was ordered outside of the referall link, you cancelled the appt 3 times! I will not accept this treatment again. Your customer service is awful

    @bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

    @bt_uk Why let BT handle the network? That's the real reason so many peoples broadband is slow, its nothing to do with their supplier

    @bt_uk ... if you could only provide me with a phone number of someone to speak to regarding this nightmare I could them stop pestering them and speak to someone who is involved in today’s proceedings to raise my complaint. I am VERY infuriated by the whole situation.

    @love_belfast @WeAreOpenreach They’d do better to improve their customer service. Together with @bt_uk they’ve failed to turn up for appointments & you’re then reverted to a systems that would keep you on the phone for hours & try the patience of Job.

    @bt_uk So, why do you outsource suppliers who treat residents (who don’t even use you as their internet provider) like crap over the phone and again.. give NO WARNING. My mum now can’t do her job and can’t help very sick terminal patients because she can’t access the internet.

    @bt_uk No, we had to go outside to ask them what was going on. Then they confirmed the internet will go off for a few hours today. Was given a phone number of a rude man who said he couldn’t answer our questions (the contractor’s boss I assume)
