She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

Its quite a realistic call with strict tone that u feel u should follow instructions. Did 1471 and number that called me was 01816792513. Clearly scam that's an old London area code

Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
