@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

@mark_lj @bt_uk There is no question that BT is, by some distance, the worst company in the UK. They really should be broken up into smaller companies that can actually serve their very long suffering and overcharged customers.
-
Jay 🏳️🌈 (@JayR_Xx) reported
@mark_lj @bt_uk To be clear I am not sure who his ISP is but seeing hundreds of reports of issues in Wallasey on istheservicedown every day since Saturday across many isp’s…

@bt_uk no Internet for over 12 hours. Promised a call within 20 minutes this morning at 8am. Still no call. Can you help please.
-
Daniel Ruiz Tizon (@1607WestEgg) reported
@burridge5593 @samgwentucker @bt_uk Though at the moment according to the BT link, when you put in your landline details, it doesn't say there's a local issue. That's clearly wrong.
-
Michelle Morgan (@michellejmorgan) reported
@bt_uk OK, then point me to the bit where it explains the difference between basic and premium. The bit where it says I may as well send a text because I won’t be able to include gifs or videos. As per your customer service advisor. Or maybe they were trying to get me to pay the £10.
-
Michelle Morgan (@michellejmorgan) reported
@bt_uk Nope, it doesn’t explain anything. It doesn’t tell me the difference between basic and premium. It doesn’t tell me anything in detail as your customer service did. They said about the VAT. And personally I’d believe a person rather than a link that sends you round in circles.
