As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, that’s 20 days you’ve left a know vulnerable

Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?
