    @daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

    So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

    @bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

    @DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

    @BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

    @bt_uk raised a complaint about a mid-sold package when recontracting last Friday. Have not been called back. Also, asked to be put back onto old package as 14 day cooling off. was told would take 5 wrk days. This has not happened, & now I’ve just got returns bag. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk absolutely abysmal ‘customer’ service 4 engineer visits, trying to do work that was never requested in the 1st place, call operators who lie and deliberately cut off calls. Can you please advise how I can re-raise a formal complaint and which ADR scheme you are part of?

Our children have yet again been let down by adults that promise to deliver but don’t! Your company shows no trust as you failed to deliver 5 times

    @bt_uk my parents are without broadband & a phone line since last Wednesday. I am hating that they are vulnerable at home,can’t watch any shows on Netflix etc, I struggle to contact them with no phone line. (Mob signal is not always reliable) BT are not giving them answers! Help!

    @bt_uk No phone line all day for 97 year old. Her 'lifeline' care call system not working as a result. We're told there's a mass outage/fault but no further info. This is urgent! Location: Scunthorpe. Please advise!

    @bt_uk Terrible customer service. Staff don’t know processes, cut us off twice, promise to call us back within 72 hours. That was on Monday and we’re still waiting! In any case this would be unacceptable but when you know it’s in relation to a bereavement it’s disgraceful!
