As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

Its quite a realistic call with strict tone that u feel u should follow instructions. Did 1471 and number that called me was 01816792513. Clearly scam that's an old London area code

The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices.
