She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!
