    @bt_uk I'm not being funny I want out of my contract the service is godamn awful I've had numerous problems the last couple of days I've spoken to advisors who say ure internet is fine there must be a problem outside how am I supposed to fix this so I think I'm gona leave

    So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

    @bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

    @daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

    @bt_uk This is a 6 month problem that you admit you are not prepared to spend money on to fix the infrastructure. I don’t need to reboot my hub it crashes on its own accord several times a day as it did again 5 minutes ago LOL but ad long as BT gets money why would they care

    @bt_uk I cancelled my service with you within the cooling off period, spoke to someone who confirmed as I cancelled within the cooling off period I would not be charged an exit fee(which I have proof of), now you’re trying to take £400 from me for leaving my contract? Response?

    @bt_uk been a loyal customer of your for 20 years for phone and broadband. Had to leave as you can’t provide me with a fast enough connection for us both to work from home. Really disappointed that you are charging me the full cancellation fee. Certainly won’t be coming back!

    @bt_uk is absolutely useless! Keep ringing them to fix my landline and nothing is being done! Got them to send an engineer out once and still he turned said my cable is copper not fibre ( or something like that ) and left. 3 months later my landline is still not working 😡
