So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@markal1974 @bt_uk Broadband down for us since 3.30pm on Friday 28th (Great Austins). Vodafone reported "Openreach fibre breakage" ...to be fixed by 7pm on Saturday at the latest. No other info. Terrible!
