I had at least 3 conversations with staff saying this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

@bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

@defiaye @bt_uk My mum has shorthand & took detailed notes so I was able to raise the utter nonsense she'd been fobbed off with. Write everything down & explain you rely on it due to your disability. I was polite but pointed at their tactics for stalling investing the resources to fix it.
