It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.
