    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk That’s a total fib! When I complained you said we have an older house so the walls must be thicker which is why it doesn’t work very well. You did say if we paid more money - £10 a month you could fix it with halo. We already have super fast - a con

    @bt_uk I'm not being funny I want out of my contract the service is godamn awful I've had numerous problems the last couple of days I've spoken to advisors who say ure internet is fine there must be a problem outside how am I supposed to fix this so I think I'm gona leave

    @bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

    @bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

    @bt_uk Yeah it keeps going orange. We've had the line checked and had engineers out. But all WiFi devices have trouble connecting. So I'm assuming it's the router

    @bt_uk your internet is awful why is it ever since I’ve moved over to this new smart hub of yours it’s been slower than the one I had before which did over 50mbps this one is only doing 30mbps surely you should be offering me the same speeds on every smart hub 😡.

    Just received the absolute worst service from @bt_uk - loyal customer for over 4 years, I’ve been misinformed - they didn’t follow their own process and then I was told the issue was because of me. Not acceptable! I’m now left without internet whilst I wait nearly a month!
