@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

@chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

@bt_uk So I can cancel my Water online, I can cancel my Electric, Gas, Car Insurance, Council tax all online...but BT Broadband? an Internet Provider... nah.. call us, we like to pressure sell you to stay with us even if you are out of contract and we just charge what we want.

@bt_uk Poor customer experience ! Still awaiting set up to be done - amount deducted twice. Instead of getting refund , getting message that amount is still due and broadband set up won't be done till amount is paid.

@bt_uk The issue resolved itself but can't see how to tell BT it's resolved. I don't want an engineer to come out for no reason and potentially charge us. Live chat doesn't work and no option to resolve the ticket.

@bt_uk Ahh so in simple terms, we dont have a system in place to allow you to do that and we dont want to because that would be investment in non profit making systems? several issues? that has to be the lamest excuse ever seriously. All can be accomplished by actual integrated systems
