@bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

@bt_uk Absolutely shocked and disgusted by your lack of customer care. I ordered super fast fibre broadband Nov 20, and had engineer out 22 Dec 20, Couldnt install, Came back 22 Jan 2021, fibre brought to door, couldnt install because of covid restrictions. 1/2

And @bt_uk didn't call me back that is 4 times this week. 35 days without internet, no solution in sight. From what I can work out the original fibre order which failed was never cancelled. Every subsequent order was a regrade on a line that didn't exist. THEY DID THIS 5 TIMES!
