@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off
-
Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales
@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each
-
Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales
@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.
-
Andy Jones (@andyj7) reported from Skewen, Wales
@btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

Justin Handby (@handbyj) reported
@bt_uk Why are your existing customer deals so bad compared to New Customer deals? My new “deal” price is twice the price of a new customer deal for the same product. I’m out of contract now and this is making me look at leaving.
-
Rao Dao Zao (@RaoDaoZao) reported
Ugh, my BTVision contract is almost up. Once again I have to wade through their bullshit to make sure I don't accidentally get BTSport and other crap forced upon me. 😩
-
Russell Storer (@russ1965storer) reported
@WolfmansGotNard @marrinlr @ThatsFootballTV I have approached both Sky and BTSport about a pay-per-View option where we can watch our own team every week, both declined saying it was the clubs who don’t want it as it would dilute fans attending games…which is crap, but they could make a fortune! You can’t get tickets!
-
Scrap the Trade (@scrapthetrade) reported
@DaleVince @CarltonCole1 @btsport Excerpt "But the problem is scientists won't speak. If we had some really good scientists it wouldn't be a problem, but we've got so many dumbos who just can't say anything, or who are afraid to say anything. They're not free agents.

@tommy66788 @bt_uk Talk to @keldrip1 they helped me when support services wouldn’t help me🥺..
-
David Mezz (@MezzaMezz9) reported
Said it before and I’ll say it again… make football affordable to watch, more people are likely to pay… also scrap the Saturday 3pm black out rule. @SkySports @btsport etc would rather spend millions cracking down on streams rather than making their packages more affordable.

Any of you Twitter folk recommend a #broadband provider? Currently with @bt_uk and paying £75/mo for 900mbps FTTP/VoIP. No problem with the service or hardware coverage. Don't care if I don't have a phone with it, but looking to cut the cost.

@btbusinesscare I've got through a different way now but that's pretty ridiculous on the auto service front. It made me laugh thankfully!
