@bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

@jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT To be fair, our broadband with BT has always been spot on. Sounds like you need a box upgrade. Really would advise against Virgin. Was with them a while ago. Appalling service. Broadband was terrible and the outages were every week. Left them for Sky but they were just as bad.

As no reply or help from @bt_uk have had to manually uninstall McAfee myself. Not sure if this removes all the necessary files though. And by some miracle, Norton seems to have installed correctly.

@bt_uk Hi Clare, I have managed to sign laptop into BTWifi using the new email & password set up thru online help today. So, many thanks. Not succeeded in signing in iPhone or TV yet, but they're less important.
