But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. No account access for weeks, BT cannot help and hence I’m now taking my landline, broadband and mobile contracts elsewhere! Loyal customer since 1993!
