@AS0151 @bt_uk Luckily I have unlimited data on my phone contract so I am using it as a hotspot with no problem.. if we connect to the hub it all dies

@bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

@bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

@bt_uk putting your fibre broadband prices up only has one effect, a move back to Sky. You have no idea as to how to retain your customers, especially ones that pay for your premium level products. At the very least there should not be any in contract price rises. Awful company.

@btbusinesscare Hello Glasgow. The service I have had from BT for the past week or so has not been great. The past 24 hours has plumbed new depths. Cut off my buisness BB and the back up with no notice due to a clerical error and unable to re-instate. "Computer says 'no'" is the response.
