@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@bt_uk So will the engineer come back to fit the smart hub etc? I really don’t think this is good enough to be honest. I am being charged from tomorrow. If I knew you would be this bad, I would never go with BT and gone with SKY instead, so how can this rectified for me? Reduce my bill?

@bt_uk Still poor service that you sold me a fibre package and then you had to downgrade upon finding out openreach ruined the connections to the whole apartment block. Yet I still pay just as much as fibre for a unrealistically slow connection. Probably slower than 3G. Rip off service.

Is there an award for the worst customer service experience, combined with obfuscation, procrastination and incompetence @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach if not there should be. What makes it worse is that the people who actually have to deal with the customers are great!
