@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

  • Steffan_McMahon Steffan McMahon (@Steffan_McMahon) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

  • kiebenson Kieran (@kiebenson) reported from Glyn-neath, Wales

@DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

  • emmalee909 Emma Harris ♥♬ (@emmalee909) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales

@YouViewSupport @StrudwickM @bt_uk @itvhub @curryspcworld I forgot to say that your solution worked a charm! I noticed some privacy boxes were unticked, so I just allowed all and it worked. Thank you 😊

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

  • danygraig70 Sarah Bell (@danygraig70) reported from Porthcawl, Wales

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

  • TheRealTR19 Tyler Richards! △⃒⃘ (@TheRealTR19) reported from Pencoed, Wales

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

  • dafyddlewis82 Dafydd Lewis (@dafyddlewis82) reported from Ynysybwl, Wales

@bt_uk need some help with my account please been waiting for an email from u to confirm something but not had it

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • gwentvillan ajp (@gwentvillan) reported from Newcastle Higher, Wales

@RonsTwo My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad I have had to buy a mobile broadband package. Cannot wait until 1st June when I go to @bt_uk broadband and 900mb !!

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc

  • TNevillee Tom Neville (@TNevillee) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@virginmedia signal dropping out from broadband all week. Makes you realise how good @bt_uk are.

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

@theMadridZone @btsport He’s not wrong tho I expect us to win it every year even when we’re horrible 😭😭😭😭😭

  • akathekernal Richard Kernohan (@akathekernal) reported

@bt_uk been without internet for a week after install, can someone help please?!!

  • Retro03 Retro (@Retro03) reported

@bt_uk @EE I previously messaged the EE team and they directed me to BT. It was then BT who said it's an EE issue and I can either cancel the contract or speak to branch manager. Ideally I don't want to cancel but annoyed I have been miss-sold. It's going to cost £120 more over contract

  • PaulInPewsey Paul in Pewsey (@PaulInPewsey) reported

@bt_uk BT side of life is good for me, but had no EE mobile signal here in months (yes, I’ve reported it)

  • MikeLightfoot83 Mike Lightfoot (@MikeLightfoot83) reported

@bt_uk @skytv @BTSopenreach after being told full fibre broadband was available in our new home it’s now been 3 months waiting for installation. Existing copper wire broadband has been deactivated (so we’re told) so we have no internet at all. Awful service!

  • TheNigelroberts Nigel Roberts (@TheNigelroberts) reported

Well @bt_uk openreach have possibly been the worst company I’ve dealt with in years due to the misinformation given by their engineer. Promised a call back again today , #hangingonthetelephone

  • luuk_degoat Profeta de Luuk (@luuk_degoat) reported

    @MadridXtra @btsport wait wtf 💀

  • NJBruce29 Nathan Bruce (@NJBruce29) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I managed to speak to 2 helpful colleagues at BT, I have logged a complaint with them and have opened up a complaint with openreach who "completed" the poor installation job. Just waiting for a response before I get back to BT. Thank you.

  • LWoolley89 Luke (@LWoolley89) reported

Any danger of @bt_uk honouring it’s word and actually calling back when promised? 4th time they’ve promised a call at a set time and not bothered. Clearly no desire to resolve an issue that’s been ongoing for over 2 months.

  • AmandaWJess1 Amanda W Jess (@AmandaWJess1) reported

@bt_uk I’m leaving BT forthwith as they’ve not dealt with my upgrade or complaint. Will they care? I doubt it very much!
