Hey @bt_uk mind explaining this? My speeds should not be this bad. I usually get an average speed between 10 and 12 Mbp/s. But the last few days my speeds have been pathetically slow.

@bt_uk Hi BT! I have had really big problems with my home move. I had Fibre 900 at my old house, and from your website can get the same at my new house. Placed home move order on 14th December to go live on 24th January. Still no Internet or phone line now!
