@OpenreachHelp I know it was Openreach engineers who installed the fibre on our road (I chatted to them at the time) & there’s no other network providers infrastructure. @bt_uk have confirmed they are paying Money Expert to knock on doors, so sounds like they are making false claims at the door

BT line for ADSL sure, for some, but a voice telephone on the wall is a total anachronism. You phone people, not houses!
