Rebecca Irvine (@RebIrvine) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, WalesWhy is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage
-
Janine Bates (@JanineBates) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk funny how you are supplying data to the nhs workers yet unable to help us switch from you to another provider in the designated time leaving our 15,500 patients unable to get through to us during the pandemic, when they need us most #rumneyprimarycarecentre
-
Dave Bowden (@DaveBStDW) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. -
Noga Fett (@darth_noga) reported from Barry, WalesAbsolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?
-
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...
-
anfänglichinteressantesaberunterwältigendeslied (@iainmspillane) reported from Grangetown Community, Wales@btsport Having a few audio issues with the commentary here. -
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk charging a partially sighted customer £3 for a large print paper bill after telling customer it's a free service for visually disabled customers #DISGRACEFUL then when customer calls up to query call cut short because they can't see a code in text and can't read bank card

RaeRubyRae (@RaeRubyRaeK) reported@MartinSLewis Shame they don’t kick @bt_uk in the nuts just as hard, they’re vile & have been getting away with crap for far too long!
-
Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far
-
Restore Britain Moray (@theFMofficer) reported@bt_uk Hi BT. I'm eligible for BT Home Essentials, but I'm not a BT or EE customer. I need to apply online as I can't use the phone due to a disability. I can't find an online application for new customers. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks. @Ofcom
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
Mark Walder 🇺🇸⚛️🇬🇧🇬🇧⚛️🇺🇸 (@MarkWalder2) reported@bt_uk One of your exchange buildings has an alarm going off (BN6 9SR) there is no way to contact you about this by phone, it is annoying everyone is up at their windows and doors, could you please deal thing this issue!
