So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

@bt_uk how exactly do I get you to stop sending letters for the old owners of the property I bought 3 years ago? No amount of sending the letters back 'not known at this address' seems to work. Assume they owe you money but they're long gone. I'm not a BT customer either.

@EE @BTCare It would help if you informed customers in advance of "upgrades" and what those upgrades are and how they will improve things, because very little changes in signal quality, so guessing it's actually only maintenance replacing crappy components....
