Let’s hope the UK market won’t tolerate the greed from @btsport and let’s hope that the ratings were poor. #GreedyBTsports

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • SimonLemons47 Simon Evans (@SimonLemons47) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @peteclase @btsport @virginmedia Yes it’s awful. Gone to @Channel4 instead. @btsportrugby @btsport aren’t bothered it seems #EDIvMUN

  • markygee6 markg (@markygee6) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport sort the commentary audio out! Sounds like Sav and Co are commenting from someone's front room. Terrible! Dead atmosphere.

  • BetteJBaldwin BetteBaldwin (@BetteJBaldwin) reported from Nailsea, England

  • BobAnderson180 BOB ANDERSON 180 (@BobAnderson180) reported from Clevedon, England

@bt_uk I’ve cancelled my DD, but can’t get through to you to cancel the service. Can’t chat, your phone no answer. Surely fact that I cancelled the DD means I don’t want u anymore...but all the send is email saying you will send me a bill so I can pay in a different way!

  • Max25143798 Max (@Max25143798) reported from Newport, Wales

  • srp0000 Shaun Porter (@srp0000) reported from Newport, Wales

Premiership coverage is so much better on @btsport than @SkySportsPL at the moment, more polished, better interviews, less stupid playground style questions by pundits.

  • GreggC_CC Gregg 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@GreggC_CC) reported from Newport, Wales

@jackfb22 @btsport @btsportrugby @virginmedia Glad it's on channel 4 too today. Even if it's not so good commentary. Has to be a feed issue somewhere, because the adverts were fine.

  • crocker74 Ryan Crocker (@crocker74) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport been trying to cancel or pause my subscription since football sent on hold. Phone lines jammed solid and No method via your website!!! Take a lead out of @sky book, and update your website. £36 a month for nothing! #Corvid19uk

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass

  • BetteJBaldwin BetteBaldwin (@BetteJBaldwin) reported from Nailsea, England

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...

  • AndrewHazard Andrew Hazard Photography (@AndrewHazard) reported from Panteg, Wales

@bt_uk I think ‘inept’ just about covers your customer service #unfitforpurpose

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • onstagefool Martin 🇺🇦 🇬🇧 (@onstagefool) reported

@bt_uk Never a bad broadband day. My BT broadband never misses a beat...can't fault it. Although I do use my own router instead of the poor quality hub BT provide.

  • LFC_PS79 PS79 💙 (@LFC_PS79) reported

As a @bt_uk customer, you'd think it was straight forward to go from Fibre 1 to Full Fibre 100 but no. You can't upgrade to that package on the app or website, but I can upgrade to more expensive ones. Its infuriating.

  • AlitaY1K AlitaYK (@AlitaY1K) reported

@bt_uk inability to provide an engineer at promised time despite the operator clearly spotting a problem at their end as well as us reporting a hub that has been orange colour depsite factory resets and other solutions. This is absolutely disgusting - we even bought warrantee

  • chris2015bcw cjw (@chris2015bcw) reported

@bt_uk ****IMPORTANT BT CUSTOMER INFORMATION****** please read before you join BT! Over the course of 4 months, BT have taken £250 from my personal bank account without any authorisation to do so. My contract was finished with BT in January 2022 and I left to join EE.

  • elderpegasus Neil Young (@elderpegasus) reported

This is a new one. @bt_uk hub claims to have a connection. I can ping out, but apparently no more than that - certainly not working. BT website says no outages in our area... but suspect something infrastructure side has fallen over.

  • chris2015bcw cjw (@chris2015bcw) reported

@bt_uk The back office at BT are now looking into my issue that has been ongoing for months. It's a shame that I have had to take to calling BT out on social media for them to take any meaningful action. They assure me I will be updated next week. The fact still remains I am -£300.

  • LilRecordGirl Rosalie ✨ (@LilRecordGirl) reported

@bt_uk I had a modem coming for a new installation on Monday. I think you gave Royal Mail the wrong postcode as I couldn't update delivery details as it said my postcode was wrong. Now I can't get it redelivered. RM support isn't open until Monday, when you arrive. Please help!

  • pfnickless Pamela (@pfnickless) reported

@bt_uk Live chat got nowhere, the fault is not on my property, it has been checked. I was told to phone or text service engineer, bit difficult when you don’t have a working phone line.

  • Benjami86447091 Benjamin Smith (@Benjami86447091) reported

@bt_uk My broadband has just gone down in Surrey - purple flashing hub.

  • Zinaad Paul Deery (@Zinaad) reported

@bt_uk What a cheek, BT want £441 to cancel contract where we've been having problems for months, umpteen engineer visits, broadband speeds well below those promised, service cuts out numerous times a day, today been off more than on! And you want £441 to stop this crap service?
