@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

@bt_uk The loyalty team sent out the engineer. They stated that if the engineer is unable to rectify the problem he would report this and the contract would be cancelled as prior agreed with the loyalty team. It’s no surprise that I haven’t heard from them really.

@bt_uk My broadband connection has been atrocious over the last week. I'm sure it's linked to cabling work that's currently underway down the road. My complaints to BT just fall on deaf ears.

🄿 🅷 🄸 🅻 ⚽️🎧⚡️🔭🕹 (@PhilHeppenstall) reported
@bt_uk Or get cheaper broadband and buy yourself a decent router. The only difference with BT is they ship a router with a stronger signal than other providers. Which is great if you don’t happen to have a neighbour who’s on BT and their signal interferes with yours in some rooms.
-
CaglΞ⧫ (@Cagle_Eson) reported
@mikeincov @bt_uk The problem is all providers use the same network which is operated by Openreach. If Fibre wasn’t available with BT it won’t be available with another provider. But I’m interested to know...did the new provider give you faster speeds and if so who was it so I can switch please?
-
Syncr0 (@syncr0) reported
@MavisKernow @bt_uk You open a complaint with BT. Open Reach have missed 2 appointments. I was on the phone to BT to arrange another appointment and they opened the claim. I didn’t even know there was a process. Took a week for cheque to arrive. To be honest I’d rather have an engineer turn up.
-
Beth Edwards (@bethedwardsuk) reported
@kerrylynnepyke @bt_uk Same. Now I’m connected (after months) the problems haven’t ended. They randomly take money out of our bank account. Credit us when we highlight it, then take even more. It’s an utter shambles.
