    @BTCare @SteveJQuinton Steve all I can say is good luck! In my experience BT (including openreach) customer service is shocking. To resolve our issues we had to email the CEO and get his ‘special team’ involved!!

    Just been informed by BT Broadband @BTCare my broadband won't be connected Tommorow seem total to get connect will be 31\2 weeks after order. Shocking service #soulddobetter #noservice.

    @BTCare Hi Jules, you’re overcharging us on our tv and broadband package, have made numerous complaints and no one is willing to help us. Very disappointed, was excited to leave Sky and join BT but very much regretting it now.

    @bt_uk @BTCare Are an absolute joke - if you’ve thought of changing to them then DON’T - 4 (soon to be 5!!) months they’ve overcharged is by £19pm, calling every month to get it resolved to be told the same damn thing! NEVER again - joke of a company!!!

    @BTCare Yes Lizzie and i have begged them to send my by e-mail and they have refused, when I have asked for estimated time they said will be any time up to end of August. Is this the way to treat a customer that has been with you for 50 Years. I think not!!

    @BTCare If you offered it for free I would not renew, I am fed up of dubious marketing techniques, corporate bullying and the "system", I will place my business with an organisation that has empathy for customers, It is no wonder that you rate so poorly in customer surveys.

    @BTCare Had an early morning call whilst in bed this morning from @BTGroup it was from their "system" computer asking me why I had not paid my bill. Seems nobody in BT fed the fact that nobody could pay their bills the day before as their "system" was down. terrible attitude from @BTCare

    @BTCare #broadband up & down all night. Call BT for help, spoke to a lady engineer from #Exeter (owns a Collie). Fixed the problem, pleasure to speak to & took the trouble to care. #BT_UK I've criticised you in the past but this person is a real credit to you & deserves thanks.

    @BTCare new BB supposed to be live today. Been down for hours now, read up and I see normal is just a few minutes between old and new provider so my confidence I’ll be up & running by midnight as you promise is low.

    @BTCare Engineer came to my house. The internet is slower and does not load. !! I am watching a programme on ITV online that reloads every 2 minutes. 60 minutes programme will take 3 hours. This is just awful.

    @btinfinity @BTCare @limehouse55 BT Infinity super slow not working again. Absolutely shocking service and equally shocking customer care as they don’t care ! Won’t admit problem in EH55 we’ve never had the promised download speed.

    @BTCare once again reorganised the installation, this time for 6th November and once again it was cancelled. So he called them again yesterday evening. They said the issue was that @Openreach didn’t know what kind of line they were putting in, and that 6/12
