@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@bt_uk hi, my elderly disabled housebound mother in law has a fault with her house phone line, been told it can’t be fixed until 3rd of Jan. She is very frail due to a stroke, and prone to falls, so her house phone is only way to alert help. Can anything be done quicker please?
