@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

@bt_uk I had two engineers come to my house to supposedly fix my connection It goes down every five minutes and when it is connected the strength is shocking! I pay a fortune for this Wi-Fi and it hasn’t worked in the last month! Will be cancelling the contract if it’s not fixed!

@bt_uk Thank you for your quick reply. I've tried to log into what you've said and it won't let me , it says I've had to many unsuccessful attempts and I'm locked out for 20 mins ( I only pressed the login button once and that's what came up 🫤)
