    Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

    @bt_uk Good morning Your sales rep purposely missold me a residential package for our business I have had £300 taken from my account for a service you haven’t installed yet, I have been calling your service for 2 weeks everyday and no one is able to give me my money?

    @ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

    @bt_uk Any chance of BT resolving the Broadband outage in the ME12 area? Was told it would be fixed by 15:30 hours on 04/12/22. Now you’re not giving an estimate.

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp we’re on our third week with no Wi-Fi - your customer service is absolutely disgusting. Repeatedly told an engineer is working on a fix and every time we pass the broken box outside there’s no one to be seen. What do you do all day?

    @bt_uk And once again, you've not sorted it. I can't get signal in my house at all and this mini hub you gave me is useless. If you don't have my broadband sorted tomorrow I'll be leaving BT as you clearly can't provide your half of the contract.

    @bt_uk It is not my tree or account I need help with getting my full fibra finished. Was ment to have been done on 14th nov but was cancelled openreach end without explanation n then after a load of problems rebooted for Dec2nd.Appantly the pod I was going to be connected was full.

    @bt_uk Absolutely no point dealing with your team - all beyond useless and we’ve been lied to constantly about fix dates. Imagine me showing up to work for three weeks and doing nothing and still expecting to be paid? Surely you have to sort this @OpenreachHelp.
