@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

@camiswise89 @bt_uk My problem is not on my side of the master socket; I know it is external. Always has been. Back to normal now. I just wish full-fibre would hurry up and arrive. A lot of my area has been upgraded, but not mine 😢😢😢

@bt_uk No thank you, all back working now, but distressing to know how vulnerable we are if the service goes down. Is there no alternative back up to 4g. Or is there a way of improving the 4g signal?

My @bt_uk internet broadband is still on hold, since February, because an engineer can't find the cable to install my router at my new place. I want to cancel my contract.
