    @ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

    @bt_uk Case is raised - I wait to hear something VOL013-590904473379 - everyone I have spoken to though is equally unable to provide an answer as it appears to be the hub software update that’s causing the issue - until that’s fixed we have a breakable service

    My family has received absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk. In the wake of a loss of our loved one, this has been an added upset and stress which has cost us a lot of time and is yet to be resolved. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company.

    @vmbusiness are nothing short of useless. No broadband since Friday and no explanation. It’s a frequent issue with this company. Looking for alternative reliable business broadband & phone supply. @bt_uk , can you help?

    @bt_uk I recently had a problem with my WiFi and you told me to disconnect one of the cables that went to the modem part. This worked, however for the last month or so, my Internet is constantly disconnecting, several times a day, most days. Is there anything you can do?

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp at one point in my life I’d like to see you care for that one customer and help fix damaged cables so that my work & home life gets back to normal. No help, no updates, no understanding, no idea when we are back online. I’m fed up! You are the worst!!!!

    Over a year into half the nation working from home, and when broadband goes down for over 20 hours (and counting) @NOWHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp can't tell you what the problem is, or when it might be fixed. Broadband is like water and electricity to us now @bt_uk Hopeless.

    @bt_uk Yes, there are known issues in the area. My point is that there are only so many things that can cause the problem. So why has my provider got no info from @OpenreachHelp? And why is it acceptable for BT to manage a system with these faults when broadband is an essential service?
