@bt_uk the speeds I’m getting are comparable with what I was getting in 1990 on a dial-up. It’s pathetic and is nothing more than false and over stated speeds. How @Ofcom can continue to allow such appalling marketing that sucks the buyer in is beyond me.

@bt_uk Yes, still getting daily drops in speeds and very high ping, it seems random, and not something I’ve had an issue with before. Nothing has changed on my end to create this problem?

@bt_uk bt I thought u was alright like use your broadband since 2018.. few time I fell on hard times & inform you that was stuggling but you wouldn't lower package & dont even have house no & not using your service but you think it okay to put me in debt with all I got on to.

@bt_uk This just gets me in the same automated BS loop to nowhere. Please get a real person to DM me to send an engineer out. Until you sort this out I will be cancelling my DD to you. I am not paying for a sub-par service.

@bt_uk I suggest you come and pick up your rubbish equipment. My super duper router is in my bin. I have suffered your awful service for just 2 weeks and that's enough. My bin gets emptied on Monday btw. I will cancel my direct debit also. Not paying for non existent internet.
