    @bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

    @bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

    @bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

    @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

    @bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

    Come on @virginmedia help me out here. It’s 5am so demand is low. I am on the min 100mb download package and I have 15mb. I joined 4 weeks ago and the service is so bad. Keeps dropping out low speeds etc. Can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out. Should never of left @bt_uk

    Now is a perfect time for @SkySports, @btsport etc to put their money where their mouth is, if they really “care about the fans” then they’ll do the right thing and put the subscription price down to an affordable monthly amount for everyone. Over £50 a month for both is too much

    @bt_uk hi we have a 4ktv youview box thats approx 4 years old. Over past few weeks it has started buzzing quite loudly whether on or off. I have ensured to clean it of dust and it is in an aired area. Any advice on what to do to fix?

    @bt_uk Yeah, I didn't expect to find any help here. No body seems to be able to help. Just keep getting put through to different people who place new orders that get cancelled within 24 hours. Placed my 4th and 5th order today and fully expect to get my 5th cancellation tomorrow. Joke

    @bt_uk Hello, BT here. Good news - we can get your service going without an engineer coming to your home. This means we've cancelled your appointment on 07-04-2021, so you don't need to be in. Your service will still start on 07-04-2021 and you'll be up and running by 23:59.
