    @bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

    @bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

    @virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

    @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

    How poor is Broadband from @BT_UK? Had an intermittent signal for THREE Months and they refuse to let me go to Virgin without charging me £250 despite breach of contract for failing to consistently give me min of 45mbs. This is beyond depressing. Time for the ombudsman!

    Hey @bt_uk that’s now two days I’ve waited at home for an engineer to help set up a faulty hub, only to have no one show up with no explanation. Booked a third appointment but changing providers is probably a better use of my time. It’s been a week, still no wifi, no explanations

    I would not recommend @bt_uk broadband. I realised I had no internet or phone service over Christmas. Bt never contacted me to report an issue, repeatedly contacting customer services, once waiting two hours by phone to find out what was happening. Zero service for two weeks.

    @bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

    @bt_uk Even to the point I have been looking at solicitors asI feel I have been disgracefully treated. I made clear I have severe mental illness and that's has been totally ignored. I stressed the importance of stable broadband for therapy. Support groups, work and studying.
