@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

@bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@RealLifeWookie @BTCare It's right, Openreach run the network not BT, BT are merely resellers like all major ISP's and to send an engineer out will be chargeable if they find no fault. My tips are be super nice to them, offer them a drink, and give them space. Most are nice and you don't get charged 1/2

@bt_uk - some feedback for you: I have 3 of your booster discs. They are meant to improve the Wi-Fi signal around my house. I have not noticed ANY difference. Still not reaching parts of the house. Still unreliable connection to the Sky box. Still unable to consistently stream.

@bt_uk I was told to email a person to confirm+ I have. I won’t be held responsible for being told different info. BT have been doing this to me for over a year now. My new service has started today. I was willing to pay 2 bills and a set up fee in one month. That’s how bad BT has got.
