Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk @Ofcom intimidating tone to phone call, customers asked BT to call her son, they said they would but never did. People cannot afford these prices anymore ..... bullying and inimidating is not a good look and feel to a lady that has suffered a stroke and BT will not listen.

@bt_uk No broadband for the entire Christmas and new year. Fix date has been pushed back FOUR time now. Its been no broadband for 11 days and still ongoing. Everytime I raised to customer complaint asked what happened and why, I was told theres nothing they can do about it!
