@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

Massive thanks and respect to the two @bt_uk engineers who braved horrible weather to finally get my phone line installed this morning. They were great. Now the wait for broadband activation.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

@bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

@bt_uk I’ve been on & off the phone for over an hour, described our issue to 3 different people, been cut off twice, waited in for 4 hours for your engineers which haven’t shown up & been without wifi for 6 days to be told it will be another 5 before someone comes out. Just awful

Company @bt_uk @BTGroup must think it's totally acceptable for customer to connect a SMARTPHONE to an Ethernet/LAN cable to get functional internet speeds. Why should I need a 5 meter long ethernet cable hanging from the bottom of my mobile at any given time in the 21st century?
