    @bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

    @bt_uk I’ve lodged a complaint but that is not solving the problem you created. We need this sorted ASAP. I’m still on the phone to you btw - on the 4th person and 4th dept. I’m in despair. It’s been 2hours on a call going nowhere

    @bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

    We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

    @bt_uk I’ve spent 2hrs on the phone to you today and 3 yesterday because you messed up our home move & have switched off all our services. No one seems to be able to help us. I’ve been told you want to me to £40 for a new account???? You are incompetent. Please can you message.

    @bt_uk I was promised a call last night between 17:00 and 19:00 and no call came - basic customer service would dictate that if you promise a call, you call.

    Been trying to have @bt_uk installed since the middle of December. Between them and @WeAreOpenreach and a multitude of errors their end, thinking the Salisbury Fibre Project is complete have a date for the 18 May. Far too long and not good enough...

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera could you please add call back to your queues. I have been on hold for >2.5 hours in the past week trying to upgrade a phone line to your fibre service. Having not been a BT customer for 10 years it has been a shocking experience/reminder why I left 💩💩💩
