    @BTCare Still getting random texts saying it's fixed. It's not fixed. And I send a reply and it never sends. You're the only contact I can't text. Now has a voicemail saying you've been unable to get in contact. Oh please. Just pass on the message that it is NOT fixed. Doing my head in.

    @BTCare (Ironic )Thanks for sorting this out so promptly. My parents are so grateful for you leaving no stone unturned in assisting them with their plight. (Non ironic) I have been left amazed by the lack of customer care at BT. They really have no morals at all.

    Evening all ANYONE looking to change broadband provider what EVER YOU DO DON'T use @bt_uk @BTCare 4 weeks without broadband service for a new customer AND STILL NO clue as to when!! empty promises shocking service. 😡😡😡

    @BTCare Empty promises every week for the last 4 weeks!!! NO sign of it working anytime soon. You have 4g mini hubs available and don't say we're not on BT+ 4 weeks and STILL no broadband you could have sent a mini hub out. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡😡😡 #BTShockingService

    @bt_uk @BTCare @MoneyTelegraph my elderly disabled parents have been BT customers for 40 years. They have had no broadband now for 28 days. The fix date just keeps getting changed. Not being told anything. Please help !!!

    @BTCare having upgraded our broadband to unlimited the service has been atrocious! Does unlimited mean throttled service.... and I’m not turning it all off and back on again! 🤔

    Ridiculous service from @BTCare and @OpenreachHelp - moving house on Friday and expecting engineer to come round and connect us so called to check when we are being cut off and told nothing happening for 2-3 weeks!!!

    @BTCare absolutely disgusted with your customer service. We called to renew, which was fine, but were forced to take a BT Home Hub 6 and pay for its delivery. We have out own equipment which is more reliable. Absolute disgrace.
