    @BTCare why does my BT Smart Hub keep resetting itself. It’s really annoying especially if streaming or playing online games as connection is lost. I never had this problem with my previous provider.

    @BTCare Still getting random texts saying it's fixed. It's not fixed. And I send a reply and it never sends. You're the only contact I can't text. Now has a voicemail saying you've been unable to get in contact. Oh please. Just pass on the message that it is NOT fixed. Doing my head in.

    @BTCare one of your employees told me they were checking the status of internet and phone connection in my area and I’ve heard nothing back. I hope I’m going to be reimbursed for the fact that I have had no internet for over 3 hours. Bad service.
