@bt_uk ordered my broadband on the 24th of July, Engineer Visit on the 5th august then cancelled to the 7th then moved again to the 17th!! Do you think I’m not working?!

@btsport sort your firetv app out - bag of **** again tonight - can watch anything apart from the football because of the error code vc526 - internet keeps dropping which is bull cos everything else on the direct works perfectly!

There has been so much effort recently to stop websites pirating football matches lately. All well and good, but if the service you get when you pay for BTSport/Skysports is appalling then it drives people to it. Poor again from @btsport tonight.
