@bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

@bt_uk Apologies, replied to other tweet. Networks currently are EE and Three - also have had O2, and Tesco too I think. They are elderly. Mobile can't get signal in house OR in street (so can't sit in car and phone either). Odd email might come through but can't use phone or net

@bt_uk what an absolute disgrace your company is. My grandad is deaf, he has written a complaint and you want to try and ring him to discuss it when he has clearly stated he is deaf. Tried to discuss it on an online chat with a 'manager' and he cut me off!

@bt_uk usual absolute rubbish from BT /Open Reach we and our whole village have had no Internet since the 1st December and now we don't have Internet till the 10th December. Usual awful service combined with no Internet for 5 days last month. Shocking and awful service, usual!

@bt_uk worst company ever. First the engineer don't turn up. Then turns up 4 hours late. Can't even install the Internet as another company needs to do something first. By the time all this is done I imagine be a couple weeks. And now I can't even cancel! Absolute joke.

@bt_uk The fault reporting & tracking section of your website is truly appalling. I have a fault ref for MIL's landline fault but there's nowhere on the website that will let me track progress, I can only report faults. So can't get an update on an elderly lady's phone problem!

@bt_uk I've never actually seen it happen, I just lose Internet connection just after midnight every day, usually between 12.03am-12.11am, like clockwork... I shall look out for it tonight though
