@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

Hi @bt_uk I have gone from a stable 49-55mbs for 4 yeas to a stable 36-39mbs for the last 48hours...as a cloud gamer this is a big problem for me, as it means losing 4k 60htz performance options...how come. And no nothing internally has changed and all tests and restarts done.

@bt_uk Sorry, that makes no sense at all. It's of no interest to customers if you haven't got enough engineers to maintain your network properly. That's your issue. Feel free to trim executive pay if you're short of money to pay for engineers. Would it be OK for my electricity provider?
