  Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

  @btbusinesscare Since the last 2 updates (8.2.6 & 8.2.7) the app doesn’t work properly. Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
