We left BT in a uff many years ago, cause they were pants, vowed never to return (you could add that to the end of your play)! They're all sneaky buggers to be honest. WE WANT THE WHOLE BANANA!!🍌

    We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

    @bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

    @bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

    @bt_uk day 17 no internet /broadband thanks bt/openreach promised week on week now say 29 th 5weeks without service they disconnected on 27/11 worst service provider award goes to bt/openreach

    @bt_uk Why are your systems so ableist against those who cannot phone you? Apparently, I can contact the billings team via text chat, but they can't help with orders & have told me to "just call" instead. Ironically, there's no message system to the complaints department either.

    Internet went down last Sat, phoned @bt_uk & booked an engineer appt for Monday. Relative waited in for 6 hours - no show. BT apologised & made another appt for today, relative sat in for another 6 hours & no show!!! Next available appt next Tuesday 🙈 awful system & service!

    @bt_uk Hi Dee when I try to login it asks for my email address or user name. My email address is a gmail one which it accepts but it doesn't recognise the password when I go to change the password it will recognise the gmail address and it will send a code but it never arrives.

    @bt_uk Thanks for coming back to me Lisa. I have just finally managed to speak to someone and hopefully resolved my query. Some feedback that you could perhaps pass back is that BT should try and make it easier for customers to speak to BT customer service reps and not have to go 1/2

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk
