    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @bt_uk Apologies? How about fixing it. I’ve had two engineer visits and connectivity issues since august. How about providing the service I pay for. The law states if it’s not fit for purpose I can leave. So fix it or I leave and cancel the direct debit. It’s that simple

    @SketchLisa @bt_uk That is shocking considering all the problems you have had. There must be some way you can cancel your contract without incurring charges due to their failure to provide you with the service they promised. Their reply is just a standard "don't care" letter.
