@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@btsportufc @btsport Can’t even order the damn thing , I’m a bt sport customer, not sky but still have the box , normally I could order the boxing on bt box office through that and it gets added to your bill , wtf isn’t available to orderon the bt sport app if your a customer like it has in the past

@bt_uk As a @BT_UK customer for 6 years, I just renewed for 2 years this weekend. why wasn’t this offer presented to me ? On the other hand, I’m pretty sure you won’t forget to present me a 12% price increase next March. I still have 12 days to cancel my renewal, make an effort !

@andysc @bt_uk Herein lies the problem... At that level of cost a replacement router will probably have a multi-year payback period by which time you may be on a new faster / more reliable service with a new router requirement.
