Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BTโs monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
