They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. There was nothing further they could/would do.

Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
