Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

@bt_uk Thanks Dee. This was a deliberate attempt to mislead. I’m fortunate I knew this and was able to reject their attempts to move me to EE or to get me back onto a contract. It’s definitely not what I expect of BT or any other service provider.

@bt_uk Thanks for that - good to know, but we feel were being ignored here! So if you're blaming Openreach, why can't you preasure them for better I do? Makes BT look bad. There are thousands of local people affected by this. I accept problems occur. Why can't you tell us about them?
