They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Ian Millin (@IanMillin2) reported3 of 5 The Charities contact BT @bt_uk again and asked why their Broadband was cut off. BT say because Ms X cancelled it the tenant in the flat. The charities reply but this is our phone line and Broadband and that the tenant does not have the authority to cancel.

This is an essential service & families are going without food so how long will BT reinstate the service that they are contracted to supply.
