They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
