@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

  • penfoldholes
Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@glenoglaza1 @btsport definitely have the worst commentators and summarisers. The commentator tonight regularly gets players wrong and tries to bluff his way out of it hoping nobody has noticed .....

  • mclift13
matt clift (@mclift13) reported from Potton, England

These commentators on @btsport for the Liverpool game are bloody awful

  • derbynutter

  • Whiskybob77
Rob (@Whiskybob77) reported from Standon, England

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

  • Kwal1972
Katie (@Kwal1972) reported from Ampthill, England

@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

  • TherionWare
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

  • katieee120
Katieee120 (@katieee120) reported from Baldock, England

@StarWarsSession @btsport Trying the BT Sport app. YouTube stream is piss poor.

  • tetleyteabird
Sarah Brigden (@tetleyteabird) reported from Hitchin, England

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

  • sdunlop
Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England

@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

  • wakefield1967
DB (@wakefield1967) reported from Stondon, England

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport Looking tired because they've been tottaly outplayed and their heads are down

  • keithfreshwater
keithfreshwater💙 (@keithfreshwater) reported from Flitwick, England

@btsport can we have the microphones turned up pitch side please. After 2y of no crowds you turn them down #NapoliVenezia

  • spoonrmicroblog
Martin Spooner (@spoonrmicroblog) reported from Luton, England

@bt_uk DM sent. After 20 minutes with automated help and SMS on my mobile phone it said you weren't there at this time. Nice to see you are. Thanks.

  • GursSehmi
Gurs Sehmi (@GursSehmi) reported from Hertfordshire, England

I'm feeling really liberated since I cancelled @bt_uk service! I now no longer have to deal with the worst service known to man. I am soon cancelling @skytv , and they have the second worst!!

  • bobster76
Robert Beahan 😷 (@bobster76) reported from Hertfordshire, England

@bt_uk Thanks for not even bothering to reply. Just typical of the service my parents have received from BT #AbysmalService 👎🏻👎🏻

  • shaydavefall
david marney (@shaydavefall) reported from Caddington, England

‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.

  • RugsGill
GillR (@RugsGill) reported from Bedford, England

@ClareCundy @LFC @btsport @btsportfootball 🤣🤣 I’ve read otherwise on outlets like ESPN who have been talking about the new measures. I’m fine thanks Clare, hope you are too. But am so over the crock of **** that means one rule for one & one for another....just like being back at school hey! 😬

  • penfoldholes
Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@TheGoonerholic @btsport really do have worst commentators and summarisers. Apart from the rest of the drivel this guy is talking he can’t tell Perez from Almiron. Does it all the time getting players wrong. Then Mr Charisma Sutton comes in as master of the obvious. Rant over ...

  • Staggly
    Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported

@bt_uk @NRManc they’ve messed up everyone’s account - it be worried they are taking money from old customers so check your bank - they aren’t acknowledging the issue

  • Gizmo83508413
    Gizmo (@Gizmo83508413) reported

@bt_uk Done that already. I might be going mad here. It's your sodding website. It shouldn't be down to me to chase a fix ETA on a fundamental problem you have. This should be information on the website and with you, surely?

  • VaeVix
    Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported

@bt_uk It's useless if you can't check the number is the number of the person... It's just a hindrance for the customer that gives absolutely zero security.

  • AlexaOByrne
    Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported

@simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.

  • Ang_ryScotsman
    Angry Scotsman (@Ang_ryScotsman) reported

@bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.

  • IceThunder90
    IceThunder09 (@IceThunder90) reported

@bt_uk Yea ive tried that but your website is terrible im only getting a pink loading circle and nothing else

  • TenFourEverton
    CFD (@TenFourEverton) reported

@bt_uk your current email verify service is useless. As soon as you ask for a verify code you then have to come out of the page to get the email and then the page is lost. Whoever designed this brilliant scheme should be fired as they are an idiot. Please change this NOW

  • blairjoyce3
    JoycieB (@blairjoyce3) reported

@bt_uk 8 weeks ago you mis-sold my elderly parents a 900mb broadband package which we have been trying to cancel since, despite your "5 working days" claim. I won't go into additional details here, as it continues to get worse, but I am absolutely disgusted with your company

  • KerZE87
    emze (@KerZE87) reported

@bt_uk your service in the Deal area has been absolutely appalling the last few days. If my wifi goes down again I’d like money off my next bill if not all of it. Why am I paying £83 a month for a shoddy connection?

  • Staggly
    Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported

@bt_uk are you not contractually supposed to prove a bill? if you won’t let me log in to my account or let me reset passwords etc to get access and still can’t fix this issue after a week surely that’s breach? i will cancel my direct debit until i can access my bills
