@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@77thomo @btsport I ran through and looked at some of the sh*t she was getting and most of it was coming from none Leeds fans commenting on how poor a commentator she is. Lot's of abuse that had nothing to do with Leeds. I can see why you think her inaccurate statement was "spot on".
