@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@bt_uk Open Reach advise they can send an engineer to secure / remove the cable but apparently not to actually connect it. They are now saying they will remove it and may have to replace it a later date to fix the issue ? Please note I've had my garden dug up once this month.

@bt_uk my broadband is down since 21st Dec. Told several times was fixed but is not. Booked engineer slot on 24th Dec but didn’t turn up! Now booked another slot on 30th but not sure someone will come…felt very let down by bt tech and costumer service! Can you help?
