@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Been a BT customer for 11 years always payed my bill on the day. So every 2 years I renew my boradband not the BT TV contract. The TV contract I aloud me to cancel my NOW TV contract when every I wanted, remember I'm only renewing my boradband. @bt_uk and not the TV contract..

@bt_uk One other thing I just found out that you might be able to help with; because my activation date was changed from what I originally agreed to, do you know if I am now eligible for the automatic late activation compensation?
