    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @SkyHelpTeam so because your routers are piss poor quality and you won’t send an engineer out I have had to buy a new @bt_uk whole home system so my kids can home school without the WiFi signal constantly dropping.

    @bt_uk it would be an actual miracle if this company could fix their **** in a reasonable amount of time, so I could actually receive the service that I'm paying for. I shouldn't have to be without internet for a week because of a fault on your end.

    @btcare just changed to you for broadband and we’ve never had so many drop outs. It makes it impossible for my daughter to do any online learning. This never happened during the previous 15 years I’ve had broadband. #btdontcare.
