    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk I'm an existing customer. if I try to get your 100mb service online as new customer it's £29, won't let me do it but wants to charge me over £50 for 8mb. Through my account you will do 8mb for £34.99. obviously no point in being a loyal customer #btbroadbandripoff

    @ryusufedit @bt_uk They keep promising it will be fixed but each time it isn’t. The problem is with Openreach, but still I need BT to sort it out for me. Awaiting a callback from a manager now.

    @bt_uk Thanks, I’ve sorted it now by going into the hub manager on my laptop - the option is showing there but it wasn’t on my phone. Hopefully that’ll fix the issue but I’ll get back to you if not. Thanks again!
