  • Timmsantiques S & S Timms Antiques (@Timmsantiques) reported from Flitwick, England

  • Timmsantiques S & S Timms Antiques (@Timmsantiques) reported from Toddington, England

@btbusinesscare Whys you smarthub 2 wifi performance so horrific today? Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? Nothing in my setup has changed, but every one of my wifi devices is constantly disconnecting/reconnecting???

  • shaydavefall david marney (@shaydavefall) reported from Caddington, England

‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.

  • sjelms Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  • markbaker1966 Mark Baker 🦅 (@markbaker1966) reported from Slapton, England

@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

  • killawat Martin Watson (@killawat) reported from Luton, England

Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

  • pecarbrown Peter Carter-Brown (@pecarbrown) reported from Dunstable, England

@bt_uk @bt_uk what happens if your home is in a mobile network dead spot? Still unbreakable then? 🤔

  • markbaker1966 Mark Baker 🦅 (@markbaker1966) reported from Slapton, England

Another 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this fiasco out … no explanation, nothing resolved and no response from @bt_uk @BTCare … the worst business I’ve had to deal with and without doubt the worst customer service experience ever

  • keithfreshwater keithfreshwater💙 (@keithfreshwater) reported from Flitwick, England

  • loobylou470 Lisa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England

@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

  • sharliesangel IAMSHARLIEANNE (@sharliesangel) reported from Clophill, England

  • RugsGill GillR (@RugsGill) reported from Bedford, England

@ClareCundy @LFC @btsport @btsportfootball 🤣🤣 I’ve read otherwise on outlets like ESPN who have been talking about the new measures. I’m fine thanks Clare, hope you are too. But am so over the crock of **** that means one rule for one & one for another....just like being back at school hey! 😬

@bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

  • SE0NA SMM (@SE0NA) reported

@bt_uk absolutely appalled by the dreadful service in trying to move home. Left WFH full time with no Internet and you cancelled our TV package. Absolutely no help from customer services despite multiple calls and a complaint. Had to cancel and find a new provider. Awful.

  • chriscol6765 Chris (@chriscol6765) reported from Garston, England

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@StephenDobbin4 @bt_uk Essentially those with no broadband today will need to have broadband in order to use the digital voice service. Communication providers may offer a range of broadband package in order to enable the use of digital voice but for those that don't actually want to go online

  • Rachel_TVPR Rachel Davidson (@Rachel_TVPR) reported

@bt_uk trying to buy a monthly pass for BT sport online but keeps declining my card. Checked with my bank and no issues. Is there a fault your end and if so - eta on a fix?

  • TheRealPakora Reshma✈ (@TheRealPakora) reported

@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I'm a new broadband customer, my broadband is still not activated and overdue by 3 days! I was told I'd get a call within 48hours with an update but that hasn't happened either! Can you find out what's happening and call me. I cannot be bothered to sit on hold again

  • StephenDobbin4 Stephen Dobbin (@StephenDobbin4) reported

@bt_uk with the roll out of “home phone going digital” does that mean that my landline won’t work in a power cut, whereas it does at the current time? Not ideal for the elderly or vulnerable in an emergency is it?

  • annetteekblom annette ekblom (@annetteekblom) reported

@bt_uk That’s not what I said, I’ve been offered no help whatsoever

  • chriscol6765 Chris (@chriscol6765) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk bloody joke this company. You say you can cancel a package and go back to what I had. Now your saying you can't do it!!!!!!

@EE @bt_uk My phone line with BT hasn’t worked for about 11 months now - I pay them £72 a month (mainly for full fibre internet) but £5 is for a call package I’ve not been able to use - I asked to cancel it and could they come and just remove the master socket - that’ll be £98 please.
