Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

I'm feeling really liberated since I cancelled @bt_uk service! I now no longer have to deal with the worst service known to man. I am soon cancelling @skytv , and they have the second worst!!

@bt_uk Still no sign of a fix @bt_uk. I've now forwarded details of this to @Ofcom for their records. Nowhere even close to good enough. By your own procedures, if it's still dead overnight tonight, you'll owe me £80+ in compensation.

@bt_uk Mostly resolved. 45 mins on web chat and 35 mins on phone to resolve one of two simple issues. Several staff seemed happy to have 'got rid of me'.

@bt_uk Hi Claire. Using the BT sport app on Samsung TV. The app is pretty poor. Lacks functionality and CONSTANTLY get the loading icon. Probs every 5-10 mins during a match. Connected via Ethernet, 300mbps BT FTTP so it’s not network. Other apps fine, so it’s just BT. Waste of money🙄

This was reported to @bt_uk and a workaround put in place which makes it happen less but it does still happen. Apparently Nokia, BT Wholesale's hardware provider need to implement a software fix. I made BT aware, and they Nokia, of this in July 2020.

So I guess it's time for a bit of a thread on @bt_uk Wholesale and an issue they seem to have with at least some of their broadband network. I'm not going to number this as I'm lazy and writing off the cuff.
