  • bobster76 Robert Beahan 😷 (@bobster76) reported from Hertfordshire, England

@bt_uk She’s called that many times. Has been told colleagues will call back they never do. Now you’ve closed the tickets. I’d like you to get a colleague to call them tonight. This is simply not good enough.

  • tracifer1978 Tracy White (@tracifer1978) reported from Luton, England

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

  • sjelms Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  • vodkachamp KB🇬🇧🇮🇪 (@vodkachamp) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

How convenient, got through to rep # 5 who again dropped my call and when I phoned back for the 6th time your closed!? and you guys wanted me to cancel with BT phone and go with you! @skytv @bt_uk absolutely useless

  • Whiskybob77 Rob (@Whiskybob77) reported from Standon, England

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

  • bobster76 Robert Beahan 😷 (@bobster76) reported from Hertfordshire, England

@bt_uk Thanks for not even bothering to reply. Just typical of the service my parents have received from BT #AbysmalService 👎🏻👎🏻

  • sharliesangel IAMSHARLIEANNE (@sharliesangel) reported from Clophill, England

@bt_uk is this really the only way someone contacts me. I have had no email for two weeks, escalated a complaint and I’m still without email???

  • Clarko2000 Paul Clarke (@Clarko2000) reported from Welwyn, England

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

  • warrenedwards11 Warren Edwards (@warrenedwards11) reported from Luton, England

@aimeejedwards @bt_uk Feel your pain, had poor internet for the last year with BT

  • curli Alison Bannister (@curli) reported from Broxbourne District, England

  • gashead Alistair Burns (@gashead) reported from St Albans, England

Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

  • loobylou470 Lisa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England

@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

  • shaydavefall david marney (@shaydavefall) reported from Caddington, England

‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.

  • derbynutter Andrew Leggett (@derbynutter) reported from Litlington, England

@SkySportsNews Hope all is ok @SkySportsNews. Hope service resumes from a @btsport fan

  • ianjk23 Ian Kenealy (@ianjk23) reported from Broxbourne District, England

@SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

  • vodkachamp KB🇬🇧🇮🇪 (@vodkachamp) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England
