Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

Well, @bt_uk, I'm disappointed that I pay over £50/month for my broadband, and have been a customer for decades. But new customers get an offer of under £30/month for their fibre broadband. I'd be grateful to hear your justification for stiffing loyal customers, please?

Anyone in UK having issues with BT Sport app for Android? Constantly crashing on my phone. Stream quality on PC seems poorer than usual too. At least managed to see that ball from Brunty bowl McGrath. Going nicely for England women... #Ashes #BTCricket #BTSport
