    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @bt_uk She’s called that many times. Has been told colleagues will call back they never do. Now you’ve closed the tickets. I’d like you to get a colleague to call them tonight. This is simply not good enough.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

    @bt_uk I have had my order cancelled 3x and the only way I would find out is by ringing my self. Raised a complaint but was closed without even contacting me. I have had the worst most difficult experience. 4 weeks without internet and failed promises only to be let down again.

    @bt_uk why is your system so terrible ? Requested a call as you have said my bill will be £98 when I’m a £165 in credit. Call arrived after 35 min wait and your customer service member just hung up when I answered.

    @bt_uk At this rate I should have never changed to BT Internet, nothing but issues from the start. Three days on the bounce having intermittent disruptions to the connection. Not to mention the lovely price hike since first joining 👌

    @bt_uk anyone thinking of getting a Ring doorbell to use with BT wi-fi, don’t bother. They’re not compatible. Our electrician couldn’t get it to work so I asked BT for help, which they agreed. Then an angry person called to say it won’t work & they won’t help.

    @bt_uk Thanks but that is of no help at all. You should not have disconnected the old broadband until the engineer closed the job. Yesterday we were told the hub would be delivered Monday.

    @bt_uk I will publicly document this. I've ended up calling back, 1 hour call to BT resulted in another failed order & being asked to call back Monday. Access service point failure, which was translated as the offer that was promoted isn't valid. 4 hrs so far. @Ofcom acceptable/happy?

    Having to deal with the loss of a loved one is hard enough but dealing with everything after can be a right nightmare thankfully @bt_uk customer service has been really helpful in sorting accounts out, can't fault them

    @bt_uk Please can you help us. After 2 fibre lines, 2 visits from engineers, 2 routers, lots of calls to you, we still have no phone. We are now getting very fed up with your advanced digital phone, it doesnt talk to the hub (s). Its now getting ridiculous.

    @btsport #btsport This Villa versus Newcastle. Commentator is awful. Nothing but boxing analogies. Surely he can’t be a proper football commentator, me and my mates have had to turn the sound off. Can’t be too hard to get a decent person.
