    @bt_uk Yes logged into my BT account. It seems to happens whichever upgrade option I pick. Had same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to upgrade

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk Poor service I received today for my mum. Charged £40 deposit as they are penalising her for being a pensioner. As because she is 72 and no credit history! She won't get this back for 6 months! Utterly appalling bt. Shame on you. I will be sure to take it viral

    *PSA Scam call from BT* Watch out for calls from 'BT technical support' claiming your IP has been compromised. It's a total scam, even though they sound so believable AND they will probably have your mobile number to send verification codes to etc and other info. @BT_UK

    @bt_uk It doesn't seem to tune any channels no. I'm going to borrow a different cable and see if it's that. We're in a new build and apparently the aerial is in the roof and it's all been installed but maybe that's the issue.

    Nobody does shite customer service like @bt_uk Online chat that can't help or put you through to another department An app that never shows personalised offers Sell you a package that is "flexible" but can't be changed Pretty impressive
