@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

  • sdunlop
Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England

@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

  • Smartcasual86
Christopher Smart (@Smartcasual86) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England

@btsport tweeted yesterday about pausing my #btsport subscription and have had no response. Please support your customers as @SkySports have done in this difficult time

  • phil_k92
Philip Krajewski (@phil_k92) reported from Nash Mills, England

@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

  • vodkachamp
KB🇬🇧🇮🇪 (@vodkachamp) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

How convenient, got through to rep # 5 who again dropped my call and when I phoned back for the 6th time your closed!? and you guys wanted me to cancel with BT phone and go with you! @skytv @bt_uk absolutely useless

  • penfoldholes
Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@boyd_d1 @btsport really do have poor commentators and summarisers who constantly state the obvious - not in the same class as @SkySports

  • TherionWare
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

  • shaydavefall
david marney (@shaydavefall) reported from Caddington, England

‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.

  • bobster76
Robert Beahan 😷 (@bobster76) reported from Hertfordshire, England

@bt_uk Thanks for not even bothering to reply. Just typical of the service my parents have received from BT #AbysmalService 👎🏻👎🏻

  • penfoldholes
Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

This constant apologising for possible bad language by @BTSport is really getting tedious - It’s a football crowd what do you think the viewers expect !!!

  • VibeFitnessWare
ViBe Fitness (@VibeFitnessWare) reported from Ware, England

@bt_uk DM sent. After 20 minutes with automated help and SMS on my mobile phone it said you weren't there at this time. Nice to see you are. Thanks.

  • penfoldholes
Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@TheGoonerholic @btsport really do have worst commentators and summarisers. Apart from the rest of the drivel this guy is talking he can’t tell Perez from Almiron. Does it all the time getting players wrong. Then Mr Charisma Sutton comes in as master of the obvious. Rant over ...

  • chrissiepepper
chrissie pepper (@chrissiepepper) reported from Roydon, England

If all goes according to plan my new phone line will have taken 3 months not the usual 15 working days from time of order, HELP! @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @MoneyTelegraph

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

  • spoonrmicroblog
Martin Spooner (@spoonrmicroblog) reported from Luton, England

@bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

  • sjelms
Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk you are actually useless phones are down in our area when we rung you to tell you you were already aware but can't do anything or update you because the team are off until Thursday what sort of bullshit is that you only got one team to deal with issues

  • garv25mittal
    Garv Mittal (@garv25mittal) reported

@bt_uk I have called countless times…the issue is the appointment gets rescheduled automatically and there is no intimation. I have waited for 05 hours today just for your agent to say the appointment has been rescheduled to 03 May AM slot. I need this to be escalated immediately

  • HounslowParking
    Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported

@bt_uk I’ve told your complaint handlers I’m not spending one more minute of my time talking to anyone from BT. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.

  • Staggly
    Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported

@bt_uk @arthur_mp after an hour on hold they said they had an issue and would fix in 72 hours - it’s been a week and now they aren’t answering
