    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

    @bt_uk Yes logged into my BT account. It seems to happens whichever upgrade option I pick. Had same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to upgrade

    @bt_uk paying for a service you are not providing. Can’t call you up to complain. Ironic. I’ve had no service for the best part of 3 hours. It’s been dropping out here and there for a couple weeks now.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk However, that's not the problem, the problem is that you didn't ask the account holder whether they agree with the request to cancel the internet and only told on the day it's cancelled.

    @bt_uk There is a problem with my broadband connection, every 20 mins or so it conks out, I restart the hub and eventually it comes back on, it is frustrating

    @bt_uk Trying to sort this out now but it's pretty outrageous that you shut down internet on behalf of someone else requesting it and without notifying or giving few days warning to the current account holder. Essentially anyone can cancel internet at any house under this system.

    @RoryMuir3 @bt_uk Thanks, Rory. It's the variability of the connection that drives me crazy. The problem isn't the equipment and as all suppliers would still have to bring the broadband in on the same copper cabling to my house, I don't think changing providers would help.

    @BTCare Service is live on copper but got notification its going digital and took up the offer of the free digital phone. But it's never worked just says unable to.make or receive calls...

    Terrible that @Eurosport are only showing speedway tomorrow on the Eurosport player and not on Eurosport channels. Why should we have to go online or pay extra when meant to be on Eurosport channel. Shame @btsport or @SkySportsNews didn’t still have it
