I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.
