    @bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

    How convenient, got through to rep # 5 who again dropped my call and when I phoned back for the 6th time your closed!? and you guys wanted me to cancel with BT phone and go with you! @skytv @bt_uk absolutely useless

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @bt_uk paying for a service you are not providing. Can’t call you up to complain. Ironic. I’ve had no service for the best part of 3 hours. It’s been dropping out here and there for a couple weeks now.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    I'm feeling really liberated since I cancelled @bt_uk service! I now no longer have to deal with the worst service known to man. I am soon cancelling @skytv , and they have the second worst!!

    @bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

    Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

    @bt_uk Yes logged into my BT account. It seems to happens whichever upgrade option I pick. Had same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to upgrade

    @bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach my fibre was supposed to be installed in 19th Oct. Just had a call to say 'I'm sorry, but we have no news'. Bizarre. Now you've sent a txt telling me you are going to call to see 'if there is anything you can help with'. Yes. what about installing my bband?

    Scandalously bad service from @bt_uk - cut me off while on hold for a second time mid-conversation, having failed to solve my problem, then had the nerve to text me a customer feedback survey. Needless to say, I answered honestly. Disgraceful.

    I’ve now had another letter saying I owe them up until the 2nd of March as that’s when the 30 days run out. Despite @bt_uk cutting off my connection to their programmes 10 days earlier! Absolute scammers! Disgusting customer service to boot. Appalling

    @bt_uk Getting internet in the first place would be the biggest help. Two and a half weeks installation at best and no chance of asking to fill any cancellations. Especially needed now when needing to work from home #letdown

    @bt_uk Thank you, first heard about survey delaying anything today but does not help me in slightest as you can appreciate. 10 years custom and feel let down. Provided any time availability for any potential cancellations but again can not even consider this.

    @bt_uk Not delayed just too long of waiting time for installations. Causing problems working from home with 4g mini hub not the best of signal.
