So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@bt_uk Hi, yes i had to open a 2nd complaint to get a response. Just been told that the guaranteed speeds i have of 425mbs are only if the connection to the hub is wired. I'm sat beside new hub with only my phone connected and only getting 35mbs and told that's just how it is
