@bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@bt_uk Been struggling to even connect to my BTHUB, I know others who are in other parts of the UK who are also struggling with this issue. I'll connect, and disconnect in a repeated cycle. I've reset, unplugged and replugged cables and nothing seems to fix this issue.

Hi @bt_uk 91 yo relative has been left with no way to receive OR make calls (including @takingcareuk emergency alarm or to call 999) for 5days, and @bt_uk have been aware. Formal complaint posted today however this is now critical& needs action and solution urgently.

@bt_uk How many devices (across wifi/wired) does your hub support? We have a new hub since Oct, ultra fast broadband but devices seem to get dropped from wifi, then we get contention for which devices can connect, with further streaming or connection issues. Not overly impressed.

@bt_uk I will definitely do that, but BT need to make it explicitly clear this can happen. When you've paid £100+ for an existing subscription that suddenly disappears up in smoke, it's not exactly a good customer experience and reflects badly on BT.
