jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help
-
ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England@bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

Ria Hall (@memyself_n_boo) reported from Enfield Lock, EnglandCan you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

Edward Salmon (@enbsalmon40) reported from Camden Town, England@bt_uk in the queue and you threw me out at 2100hrs. Absolutely disgraceful and I’m going to cancel my upgrade and leave you in September!
-
Marion Pettet 💙 (@MarionPettet) reported from Kelvedon Hatch, EnglandThank you @bt_uk for helping me. It seems that I wasn't correct as they resolved the issue within their time frame & I wasn't entitled. (The wording could be clearer though.) They also compensated me for a missed visit. I apologize.
-
Ridley Road Resident (@RidleyRoad174E8) reported from Hackney, England@ridleyneighbour @bt_uk @networkhomesuk Sorry I have only just seen this. Thanks for your support!
-
Helen Parton (@TotalOfficeBook) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk Can Leanne from the ‘Priority’ team call me pls (although given the problem is 5 days old & counting is hate to be a ‘non-priority’)
-
nicola1972 (@Nicola1117) reported from Romford, England@bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service, major issues since we joined various promises of engineers,no show all the time and being fobbed off on the phone about problems being fixed yet nothing has changed
-
Vaughn Highfield (@Starfox118) reported from Tottenham, EnglandHonestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal
-
Tom Grundy (@ThomasGrundy3) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!
-
Daniel Hirschmann (@danielhirschman) reported from Hackney, EnglandWow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!
-
Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family
-
Heather Jenkinson (@heatherdesign) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk hello—is BT Wifi down in the EC1 area?
-
farah says (@Farah_Lou) reported from Loughton, England@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.
-
ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England@bt_uk You don't care make changes next year and go to another provider the provider I should have stayed with for when I was with him for 10 old years and I've had no problems at all
-
Sean Kerrigan (@seankerrigan) reported from Ilford, England@norfolkbirdtour @bt_uk Surely Labour is far more expensive than a bit of cable .... so put cheap crap in and when it fails come back and do it again .... senseless
-
Chris Roy (@chrisroy89) reported from Broxbourne District, EnglandI ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom
-
Leighton Stoane (@LeightonStoane) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
Mark Haynes (@IQuitMuskspace) reported@bt_uk Why am I always chasing you lot up? Service is in the weeds. Pathetic.
-
Adam Darke (@adarkelimited) reported@bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@bt_uk Pensioner upgrade to Digital but gets free upgrade. Engineer comes and goes. Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).
-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.
-
Mark Howell (@MarkTheSnap) reportedSo, this new digital voice from @bt_uk If the internet is down you can't use your landline. Guess what, the internet is down so we don't have a phone. We can't get a mobile signal in our area, that's why we have a landline. This is progress apparently.
