@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk My mum is being totally messed about by your installation team! She had an engineer round Monday, he seems to have cancelled her order now and her old number doesn't work and neither does the broadband! She was supposed to move over to you on the 15th! She can't get help
