    Was eagerly awaiting broadband installation/engineer to arrive today. Nobody came. Nobody rang or emailed. I had to call you. Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

    @bt_uk my internet is down in Tottenham N17 I have orange lights flashing on my hub and this is the second time we've been down this week.... We only changed recently from @EE and are not impressed

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service, major issues since we joined various promises of engineers,no show all the time and being fobbed off on the phone about problems being fixed yet nothing has changed

    Thank you @bt_uk for helping me. It seems that I wasn't correct as they resolved the issue within their time frame & I wasn't entitled. (The wording could be clearer though.) They also compensated me for a missed visit. I apologize.

    @bt_uk Done the text. It's occurring frequently lately. I'm still waiting for supervisor to call me regarding problems on my account and still no call to me. Waited all day after calling 150 at 12pm.

    Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

    @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

    @holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

    When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

    @bt_uk is there any issues in the Edmonton London aerial ? Got home around 6 this evening and all my Internet keeps doing is going off and back on again! Very annoying now and getting on my nerves 😬 kind regards Ray.

    Another week of appalling service from @bt_uk came out tues to fix slow connection but instead broke connection 4 days later no fix no explanation!! #noservice #nocare

    @Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    Wow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

    Shocking service from @EE 😡 Took out a contract with the @btsport add-on and been waiting months for my login to be sorted. Paid out the money for a service I’m not receiving. Not good enough! Oh but don’t worry your complaint will be looked at within 2 weeks 😳

    On 27 July we moved 20m over the road. We asked @bt_uk to move our number and fibre 1 broadband. Since then it has been a daily nightmare. @bt_uk have been appalling. David at @OpenreachHelp has been superb. We still have slow broadband and don't have our original phone number...

    @bt_uk Hi Jenny this constantly happens. Is fixed when I tweet @bt_uk then reverts to slow or no broadband within days. There is some deep fault on the line or in overall provision that is not being addressed

    @bt_uk Thanks yes have reset hub. The halo disk blue after restarting and quickly reverts to blinking red. In fact is red mainly all the time - has never worked properly even though I was talked into replacement hub+halo at previous major outrage. Ie something wrong on the line
