@bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

@bt_uk I’m trying to work and the router is preventing access to the websites I need! Router shows a NAT issue, please fix
