Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

@UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

@bt_uk broadband has been off since Sat along with others in the village. The BT help Bot is saying the problem is fixed. The BT Care address is closed down, the BT online help chat is unavailable and now an update saying it may be fixed by 7pm Mon 6 Dec. What is going on?

@Melaniebrowder1 @bt_uk Melanie, it amazes me BT acts surprised about help not coming quickly. Their service is always terrible, and at rip off prices too. I've had it with them. I can't wait to get out of my contract, but unfortunately we recently moved which allowed them to lock us in another 2 years.
