    @bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

    @bt_uk That's if I can get into my now TV package so I can turn on or off what I want I can't do that on the now my BT app keeps coming up that is got network problems on the app

    @bt_uk If I do go over to another provider I may have to cut down on my package I haven't I will not decide until later on this year

    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    You know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

    @bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    @bt_uk There's nothing you can do it's not BT problem and it's not my problem also I'm in the contracts I have to look at other options I spoke to my neighbours in My Block and I did not know that majority of them have got Freesat an to neighbours have got and two of neighbours have sky

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk I got a problem it's not my fault and it's not BT issue I lost a lot of Freeview channels in my flat I went to no cancel and said you can have a dish because aerials are very bad in your area where you live we've had a lot of people coming to us about the same problem

    @bt_uk I asked for a way to escalate this by 12.00pm today - that hasn't happened. Sorry not good enough - a working landline TODAY, access to my account TODAY, and a shed load of compensation might help solve the problem - 11 days????

    @bt_uk do I get reimbursed by you guys for having to pay via my mobile phone hotspot to work because your internet is down in Chelmsford? And any insight as to when it may be fixed would be very helpful as have a very busy day…..

    @jaydee_97 @bt_uk Totally agree,it seemed to take a snotty tweet to get somewhere & the person unlucky enough to catch it,gets the frustration.A quicker way to talk to a real person would help & spare them the customers anger 🤔

    @bt_uk my Internet has been down for the last couple of hours, I've turned the router on and off a few times but that hasn't fixed it. Is there an outage in Chelmsford?

    @bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup I am very unhappy by saying this.. BT was a not right choice for one to work with and creates so much stress and HR going on personal level now.. I will never recommend BT to any one.. comments will appreciate
