-
Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family
-
Giuseppe Sollazzo (@puntofisso) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk Done, let me know what the next steps are. We have no alternative connection as we live in an area with weak mobile signal and can't work with it.
-
Shelly (@Michell32388272) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end
-
Jess Brittain-George (@jbrittaingeorge) reported from Hackney, EnglandHi @bt_uk I’m a teensy bit baffled why you sent my new router and hub to a different address than my billing address, but Royal Mail have returned to sender so could you fix it? I *really* don’t wanna spend another hour on hold to CS.

-
Danté Banks (@Dante_Banks) reported from Tottenham, EnglandI'll tell you what Conte is thinking, Clive. He's thinking - why ******** did I take this job? #BTSport #COYS #MURTOT
-
jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider
-
Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?
-
Vaughn Highfield (@Starfox118) reported from Tottenham, EnglandHonestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal
-
グラハム・スミス® (@BancoDePapa) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk my internet is down in Tottenham N17 I have orange lights flashing on my hub and this is the second time we've been down this week.... We only changed recently from @EE and are not impressed
-
simon colvin (@Simon_Colvin) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.
-
🥬 🍓 Mariana Feijó 🍓 🥬 (@MarianasBits) reported from Hackney, EnglandWhat I want to know is who will reimburse me for the service I’m paying for while not being able to use it & who’s paying for the extra data I’m having to pay for in order to do my actual work which pays for my home & food? @TalkTalk @bt_uk (3/3)

MouseMat (@andymousemat) reported@bt_uk @virginmedia @CityFibre I need to report massive internet outage in the following postcodes NE1 TO NE38 DH9 DH1, DH6, DH7 TS26, TS27, TS28 11564 - Riyadh Saudi Arabia 21442 - Jeddah Saudi Arabia Internet must be down as "Visitors" are awfully quiet
-
uılʞuɐɹℲ (@puddles46) reported@bt_uk I have genuinely had enough of your service now. Expecting a £96 refund but instead for the 4th month in a row after I left you have billed me again. This time it's now apparently overdue. This is genuinely unbelievable
-
Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported@bt_uk are literally the worst
-
Mark P Tickner (@mptickner) reported@BTCare @bt_uk #openreach What ever you are doing in Guildford GU4 areas, stop ******* around or fix it! Full fibre HBB has been **** all day! Constant disconnects and reconnects! It's simply not good enough!
-
Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported@bt_uk Can’t believe this. Obvious misdiagnosed as both neighbours and ours routers going down. Now I’ve had an email to say my router is being delivered…. to next door.
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
WJBBrown (@WarrenBedeBrown) reported@btbusinesscare Disappointing to hear you are penalising loyal customers for paying slightly late. Most of the Country, especially small businesses are struggling and yet if you are late with your bill payment, you charge loyal customers £40. Hidden in your T&C's. Terrible.....
-
Ralph Hardwick (@HardwickRalph) reported@bt_uk @BTCare Seems like getting full fibre and a new deal/contract is a bit too difficult to manage correctly. Turning off access many days before the new service is possible.
-
AlecH (@Alec0475) reported@bt_uk Good afternoon. Am having problems with my router. Can you help please?
-
mark stratford (@stratfordmark) reported@bt_uk Yes please, read my messages and tell me what I can do. Engineer never showed up with no information to tell me they had not picked the job up. Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!
