The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
