    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

    @bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk You don't care make changes next year and go to another provider the provider I should have stayed with for when I was with him for 10 old years and I've had no problems at all

    @bt_uk Yes logged into my BT account. It seems to happens whichever upgrade option I pick. Had same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to upgrade

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @eddiemcgarrigle @bt_uk The issue sounds like interference from something. It could be a neighbour's heating going off, something you've got on timer, anything of that natures. It can be very tricky to work out what, but the fact that it happens at the same time every night can help to pinpoint it.

    @bt_uk Thank you for getting back to me. Have discovered through FB that locally they've been bombarding my area. It's awful. I've passed on a link I was just sent via DM regarding the services available so hopefully it may at least reduce the number of calls getting through 🤔

    @bt_uk @btinternet @btopenworld Ah! OK, that was a bad example! It seems to be related to IPv6 connection - but this is across multiple devices. So at the same time, IPv4 sites are OK, but ipV6 sites are not. Will do more diagnosis

    @bt_uk No internet since 02:00 this morning.....same experience for at least 100 people in a 2 mile radius, why am I having to wait till Monday for OpenReach....its not a problem in my house it's with you, Radius? UDP? Pretty sure its one of the two..Get an engineer out here!!
