    @bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

    @btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    @kirkdawes @bt_uk @bt_uk I have this too. However the BT engineer didn’t test it. When I switch my main router off, I had expected the EE Hybrid connect to kick in. But it doesn’t… it seems it’s only useful in the event of a BT service issue - and not much use for other events such a fusing.

    @bt_uk Why are your full fibre services neutering the upload speeds? It's FTTP, there is no genuine reason to NOT give 500 up and 500 down on a fibre networks.

    Another company who loves to take money but has poor customer service. @bt_uk Gave my notice on 17th Jan.. 30 days.. due to terminate on 17th Feb. They have just sent me a bill for Feb and March and guess what.. double what I have been paying.

    @bt_uk I dispute you’re trying to help the older generation. My father at 93 had new phones recommended by you in order to prevent scam calls. Didn’t work. And now he’s being charged for these scammers. In a world of algorithms why can’t you stop these menaces?

    @bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.
