I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
