The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Craig Allen. (@craigallen_25) reported@bt_uk Finally received a call, failed to fix fault and told it was the router so sent new router. This didn’t work so contacted BT again and as I said it was not the router. So an engineer has to come but first avail appt not until 15th! Not good.

Previous years I could watch postseason even with MLB's deal with BTSport who shows baseball in the UK. They didn't blackout the main season.

I’ve had the same number for 11 years & all my service providers have it as well as parents. It’s ludicrous tbh …. So much updating to do and we’re bound to forget someone.

Its the tools your company provides to its staff and how it treats them. Affects customers like this. It's really bad 😬
