@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

@bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

@bt_uk You may not have done it, but it has your name on it. So it's your responsibility to fix it. It shouldn't be there blocking the pavement anyway; it should be on the central strip between the bike lane and the road which is already clutter with street furniture.

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph I have an unresolved issue with porting my number. Four months and still fighting, no one rings me back. Hours on phone. Many 3hr+ calls. No one at BT will take responsibility. How can I resolve this?
-
SidricIvo

@bt_uk Yep, already done that. They can only tell me what you've told them - you'll give them some sort of "update" on Wednesday. Down for 7 days and all you seem to be able to offer is shrugged shoulders. I pity any business that depends on you - I'll make sure mine won't.

@bt_uk My FTTP service went live yesterday, but why have I just had a bill from Plusnet for this coming month? You were supposed to cancel the service with them and refund me the closing payment. Can you follow so I can give you my details for follow-up. Thx

@bt_uk 2 hours of work gone thanks to your shite internet. When do us country bumpkins get to join the real world with connections that don't drop every two seconds? Seeing as we're paying the same as people in large cities, I expect the same service.

@bt_uk Ok well our sellers used Openreach and Sky until the day we moved in. And whilst I am glad you have successfully escalated with Openreach, it would seem that Sky don’t enjoy the same relationship. And as the end customer I don’t care whose fault it is - I just want it fixed

@bt_uk It sounds like the solution will be for me to switch to an ISP that allows me to use my own router.
