@bt_uk Yes I have an open fault. Got through after 40 minutes on second attempt. No Broadband until next week. Not eligible for compensation because under BT terms and conditions this is acceptable service Unbelievable

@bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk are no longer replying to me. I've been polite, not used bad language & still they won't help. If you ever have to choose a company for Broadband, don't choose BT. They don't care about their disabled customers. Our internet has not been working properly since last yr.
