    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk That's if I can get into my now TV package so I can turn on or off what I want I can't do that on the now my BT app keeps coming up that is got network problems on the app

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

    @bt_uk There's nothing you can do it's not BT problem and it's not my problem also I'm in the contracts I have to look at other options I spoke to my neighbours in My Block and I did not know that majority of them have got Freesat an to neighbours have got and two of neighbours have sky

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk I got a problem it's not my fault and it's not BT issue I lost a lot of Freeview channels in my flat I went to no cancel and said you can have a dish because aerials are very bad in your area where you live we've had a lot of people coming to us about the same problem

    @bt_uk Trust me on this one, your customer services tried and failed multiple times, yet I still had to pay full price for a service your engineers could not deliver after 4 visits. Contracts only seem to work one way! Industry needs to change

    @bt_uk Worst Internet speed in the UK. Will never go back to BT. Leaving them was the best decision I have ever made.

    @bt_uk Looks like the replies to this were as expected!!! Unless your service is flawless, don't offer to be better than others! I will be so glad when @CityFibre complete the civil near me to allow me Gigafast and away from the horrors that are BT

    Seriously @bt_uk is the absolute worst! I have never had such bad service. Hours on hold, days of disruption to my work, promises to be called back with no one actually calling and still no Fiber - seriously I might just swap back and bill them for the damage to the house

    @bt_uk "you'll be connected by midnight today" STILL not!! Key workers who cant work from home as BT cant seem to stick to date for our broadband. Not a great service so far!

    @bt_uk Hi Brian. Thanks for checking in. 2nd hub was red. Open reach didn’t show up for their appt. so the answer is no. You could help me by reconfirming my Monday appt. very upset. Almost a week without broadband. Not a good start for #BT.

    @bt_uk That's what my BT connection was like until recently. Seems to me good or bad WIFI has very little to do with the provider, it's a myth you all spread to try and get us to change contracts. Truth is it makes very little difference who you use.

    @bt_uk @BTGroup @btbusinesscare maybe your consumer resolution team may have held off talking compensation last week, I haven’t actually received what I ordered or what I’m paying for since it went live after 10 months, and now, today NO fibre fat all #pathetic
