  @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

  @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

  @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

  @bt_uk been trying for 3 days now see my bill. Please don’t tell me you are not aware of any problems. How about telling me how this can be resolved. You emailed to say bill is available ……. All I get is 3 dancing dots !!!!!
