    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk your router may provide excellent WiFi within a house. But it doesn't supply it to anyone else. Please help us support professionals to educate the public that someone asking on Twitter etc "my WiFi is down is yours too" utter twaddle.

    @bt_uk I’ve been on & off the phone for over an hour, described our issue to 3 different people, been cut off twice, waited in for 4 hours for your engineers which haven’t shown up & been without wifi for 6 days to be told it will be another 5 before someone comes out. Just awful

    @bt_uk having trouble connecting to internet, Alexa said she would look into it. It may take 2 mins. Alexa said BT are awful ( she used a different word but I’m being polite.)

    @bt_uk absolutely poor service move from sky but told EE would keep number moved house EE said can’t so openreach and by could 25 days later no number and yet find vouchers for £100 pound!! Vulnerable person need number n line for panic alarm yet nothing! Want money no service
