@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam shocking fibre service. Not getting speed I’m paying for. May need to return back to @bt_uk. Speed tests used when on BT fibre showed the actual speed I was paying for. On Sky they show half the speed and rubbish excuses. My Sky app speed test is useless

@btbusinesscare Residential, Mum 97, lives alone v vulnerable. Phone out last week, est time to fix, 4 days. Neighbour got this down to 48 hrs but this is still too long for v vulnerable. Phone off and on over weekend. She’s v stressed by whole episode, So am I.

@bt_uk Joke of the day How many engineers does it take to fix a drop in connection. 5 and just had to book another one as it is still not fixed.All engineers have checked internally. I’ve had new wires new router and socket the only thing left a new roof? MY FAULT IS EXTERNAL.
