    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

    Wow @PrimeVideo your premier league coverage today is really poor. Struggling to load the game and when it does load it is laggy. The sound is also not in sync with the picture. Very disappointing. Not my internet. Cannot wait until coverage returns on @btsport or @SkySportsPL

    @bt_uk you sent an engineer who told us that there is nothing he can do about how bad is due to our location, it is broken 95% of the time,I can’t live like this. We need the internet for work. You need to either let us leave and go to G network who offer fast broadband or fix it

    @bt_uk My BT Internet is also down since Tue 20th. I was told by your Openreach guys its a *Software Issue* in India. WTF?? Had to wait in for Engineer Xmas Eve, finally arrived n apologised that nothing will happen, showed me chat message between him n India section.Not a Happy Xmas BT

    Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

    @bt_uk Can you please help. My elderly grandfather’s line is down. I’ve reported through the usual method but have been advised of an estimated fix time of 48 hours. Can I have a direct line number to a human to help as he has an sos system attached so need a fix asap. Thanks

    @bt_uk My BT Fibre has been down since the 19th of December and won’t be fixed until the 29th. Two engineers have failed to turn up and this hasn’t been communicated. Maybe your resolution should be to improve your customer service👍

    My #broadband is still down... day 3 I'm on now. @bt_uk told me that it's a "network fault" on their side and that engineers are fixing the issue. How long does it take to fix these issues? Feel like I'm being brushed off until after Christmas... sucks big time...
