@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

  • shaydavefall david marney (@shaydavefall) reported from Caddington, England

‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.

  • alanwildthing99 Alan Wildman (@alanwildthing99) reported from Bedford, England

  • spoonrmicroblog Martin Spooner (@spoonrmicroblog) reported from Luton, England

@bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

  • Kwal1972 Katie (@Kwal1972) reported from Ampthill, England

@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

  • sharliesangel IAMSHARLIEANNE (@sharliesangel) reported from Clophill, England

@btbusinesscare Whys you smarthub 2 wifi performance so horrific today? Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? Nothing in my setup has changed, but every one of my wifi devices is constantly disconnecting/reconnecting???

  • francoismariea8 Voltaire (@francoismariea8) reported

@bt_uk Yes, in exactly the way I described. All I got was the standard you’ll get your money back, was told by your customer service you’ll get your money back but could be weeks (which is more than the 2-3 days it says on the text you sent )

  • TammyWhiting11 Tammy Whiting (@TammyWhiting11) reported

@bt_uk Can’t do it now, but it appears you have a wide spread problem. Perhaps pin a response at the top of your page for others. Hope you get it sorted soon

  • russellrace27 Russ Luke 🌹 (@russellrace27) reported

That Michael Owen interview isn't the most maddening thing from @btsport today actually. They've taken my monthly fee actual 5 times today. No worries lads, just help yourselves!

  • Xtapolapocetl1 LM (@Xtapolapocetl1) reported

@bt_uk have not had wifi in over a week, due to a fault. Ticket closed without warning or being resolved, no calls from customer services and no new hub as promised. Your service is a shambles and I need this resolved or I will cancel my contract. Please advise.

  • _nickdale_ Nick Dale (@_nickdale_) reported

@bt_uk @even_7_axiom I’ve also had this issue. Why is it going to take 2-3 days to refund?

  • TheTomBurgess Tom Burgess (@TheTomBurgess) reported

@bt_uk Not a BT customer and have contacted my provider but they’re your lines that you maintain. It’s not just me suffering from this.

  • PhilFunboy3 Phil Street (@PhilFunboy3) reported

@bt_uk Fuming. You have sold my 74-year-old wife Halo, a service she doesn't need. In addition, she is paying 60£+/ month for supposedly fast broadband - getting 12.8mb/s download and 13.48 upload speeds. Are you taking the mick or what?
