    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

    @bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

    @bt_uk @BritBox_UK BT shame on you. I may lose my new job due to multiple failures trying to get broadband installed. Several complaints open and you never return a call. Today you email me to say my engineer will arrive 24/12/2020 Every day 1.5 hours on phone queue and still not resolved.

    @bt_uk had engineer out today to fit fibre to premises but can't get cable fully through conduit and said they need to lift part of driveway dig down, clear blockage to get cable through. Does driveway not get affected? What is timeframes? all this from a sales upgrade call 🙈

    @bt_uk of an ***. My brother and mum were witness to the whole conversation because it was on loudspeaker. He wouldn’t email his manager because I wouldn’t tell him what my complaint about him was about. Even when I told him he was still asking for a reason and not accepting it.

    @bt_uk One of my highlights was how you managed so far to take over 6 months to not install a phone line into my property. Between you & @OpenreachHelp you’re incompetence and customer service has been a downright disgrace @OmbudServices

    @bt_uk He booked the appointment but used it as a threat so I wouldn’t complain to his manager. I ended up hanging up and calling back and getting another advisor to make the complaint to his manager. I don’t take disrespect lightly.
