@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

@bt_uk Hi, my Sonos app is only showing Stereo PCM as the sound output on the BT Sport App for both Apple TV 4K and the Chromecast with Google TV. Both devices can output Atmos audio as I’ve tested them with Netflix. It’s only with the BT Sport app it’s not working. Why?
