    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

    @bt_uk Lizzie, still haven’t received the call. This is now twice I’ve waited for a callback on this. Seems that BT aren’t taking my concerns seriously at all. Really frustrating & disappointing. Also, concerning as have tried to use legal right to cancel an order and been ignored. V

    @bt_uk I left bt cuz their internet was so **** it would keep disconnecting while upstairs. Also if you have now tv that hardly ever works with Bt. Now back with virgin media and no problems

    @CHAMM24 @btsport There are many factors to explain a heavy defeat, but not another 9-0. That shouldn’t happen once in a club’s history, never mind twice in 16 months.

    @bt_uk this might just be me... but every single comment that is negative on this seems to be low speed, might just be myself but i haven't had any other issues since we got FTTP only our upload speeds are disappointing compared to our download

    @wilts34uk @btsport Many factors to explain a heavy defeat, but not another 9-0. The fans don’t deserve to be exposed to that humiliation again. The capitulation from 6-0 to 9-0 was awful, albeit the penalty decision/red card was a disgrace. Martial already on his way down.

    @bt_uk KERENSA i pay BT for my broadband and its not worked for 15 weeks. No one lower down the food chain can help. Can you?! Ps i think BT is the qorst company for customer service. When all this is over i will cut ties with anything BT!!
