    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk Hi, I got through on Friday after 30mins, I did get an apology for issues on Friday morning but unfortunately I decided to cancel by TV package as I didn’t feel the offers were good for a long-standing customer. I’m considering my options now. Thanks for following up tonight 👏.

    @bt_uk please help - grandparents in their 80’s haven’t had use of their telephone for nearly 10 days as there is a problem with the line. We’ve been waiting for an engineer for 3 days. Everytime we phone or live chat we are told different stories. How can we get this resolved?

    @ltarsenal @btsport We got lucky, proper defending from Tomiyasu, White and Gabriel made us look decent and Ramsdale was Red Hot. We where slow going forward and ESR hasn't learned a thing releasing the ball on time. 7/10 performance.
