@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@bt_uk hello I have a bt broadband package and I have had numerous issues with the following error ( couldn't authenticate connrction) this is thr same issue using 3 different devices and when it does connect. I lose Internet a few times a day. Can you help?

@bt_uk has anyone else had issues with their hub having a purple flashing light?? Had 11 engineers booked who have failed to attend only 4 have!! Still no Internet after 35 days!!
