    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

    @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

    Ripping, @WeAreOpenreach installed full fibre on 1/9/22 still not working all because someone routed it to the wrong street cabinet, not good enough @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk need to sort yourselves out .

    @BTCare thank you BT for the engineer that was booked to fix our Broadband fault but you failed to turn up because BT Open Reach is not fit for purpose and your lines are old and need replacing but won’t do it because that will cost you money. You are just a shambles

    just been contacted by bt about questions i want asked by bt general questions , theve asked for ammount bill and also details my bank account , never has this been asked for i am disgusted the lacksidasicle attitude towards a customer 13 yrs wanting to leave @bt_uk @Iromg

    @Ofcom Thank you. Spoke to @bt_uk mobile and they gave me a full refund. To be fair they were excellent.I do think there should be some regulation stopping mobile users accidentally connecting to the MARITIME mobile network and their absolutely scandalous fees though.

    @bt_uk I have received loads of boxes of broadband kit at my address but the person it's addressed to does not live here . Tried calling but was put through to the fraud team and that number rings & rings ..can you help ?

    @bt_uk WOEFUL service from #BT as usual. Leaving them today because of their dire WIFI service, rang them to say I am not paying cancellation charge and all I get is belligerence from their #customerservice team. Have been a customer for years, not anymore.

    @bt_uk your online team are telling me that my new broadband service that is £6 a month more expensive is costing me £10 for the 9 days that I paid on my old service. Go figure that maths! Currently online with oldest person in BT billing (their words)

    @bt_uk Yes they’ve done everything possible within the limits of good patience unfortunately if other houses are receiving phone calls from different properties It suggests it’s the telephone line or the box which service is the area which is at fault not being an expert I would suggest
