@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

@bt_uk I had my broadband suspended I paid the bill 24hrs ago and still have no WiFi can I have some sort of answer why it takes 6 seconds to take the money but over 24hrs to give me service again

I’d be happy to support my provincial birth town club in League 2. Of course, some fans have zero dignity, self-respect or shame.

@bt_uk @virginmedia over the last year both BT and Virgin have continued to charge me after cancellation! BT have resolved the issue in one short phone call. Virgin were horrendous. Gave up trying to get my money back +£100. Who would I chose in the future. BT all the way!
