@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@bt_uk I don’t use BT as a service provider but I have bought a Premium Wholehouse Wi-Fi mesh system for home, it is amazing, no black holes, speed is consistent throughout the house and is faster than my old router. Recommended!

@bt_uk can you tell me what 'stuck in the system' means? I've had no WiFi for 3 days now and engineers don't turn up when arranged! your CS tell me my fault is stuck in the system meaning they can't book another engineer and basically can't help at all. How am I supposed to work?

So disappointed with the service received by @bt_uk this afternoon, left this morning without internet or landline (no notice) which has been discussed, but now I have raised a further issue but as it's an open reach issue they wont help :(

@bt_uk shocking service from BT should of had an installation on Wednesday but engineer didn't turm up been told Monday now then got a text saying i needed to book another appointment otherwise you would cancel my account your waiting times for the call centre are shocking also
