Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Royston and nearby locations:

  • sjelms Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  • loobylou470 Lisa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England

@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

  • katieee120 Katieee120 (@katieee120) reported from Baldock, England

@StarWarsSession @btsport Trying the BT Sport app. YouTube stream is piss poor.

  • tetleyteabird Sarah Brigden (@tetleyteabird) reported from Hitchin, England

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

  • 125f8 Gordon Tant (@125f8) reported from Sandy, England

Why is it @PrimeVideo over @BTCare is always causing issues. Totally fine if I watch on mobile signal

  • chefmarc82 Marc Ambrose (@chefmarc82) reported from Sandy, England

Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

  • derbynutter Andrew Leggett (@derbynutter) reported from Litlington, England

@SkySportsNews Hope all is ok @SkySportsNews. Hope service resumes from a @btsport fan

  • rsborrett Richard Borrett (@rsborrett) reported from Hitchin, England

@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

  • Whiskybob77 Rob (@Whiskybob77) reported from Standon, England

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

  • sdunlop Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England

@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

  • TherionWare Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

  • DodgsonStuart Stuart Valentine Dodgson (@DodgsonStuart) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@bt_uk Thank you. Problem solved. That was good customer service.

  • angie_shatford Angie Shatford 💙 (@angie_shatford) reported from Saffron Walden, England

@bt_uk - 👋 I’m having a problem with nuisance calls. The person I just spoke to on your helpline wasn’t very helpful 😬 Can you DM me to help me fix this? Thank you!

  • mclift13 matt clift (@mclift13) reported from Potton, England

These commentators on @btsport for the Liverpool game are bloody awful

@bt_uk Ur overcharging for a god awful service Internet gone down 6 times today and still counting

  • brownie_brown23 Barnabas Olah (@brownie_brown23) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp another 2 engineers joined the “I’m not even qualified to do this job” elite club today. Starting to feel sorry for all 6 of them (so far), especially with the gas prices soaring..coming all the way down to West London for a lunchbreak…

  • AjMamajenks Anne Jenkins (@AjMamajenks) reported

@bt_uk how many engineer visits will it take to sort out our phone line? Still counting! No phone and broadband yet again… no engineer available for 5 days? Absolutely shocking service #awardforworstservice #doyouevencare

  • an7h0w50n1 An7h0w50n (@an7h0w50n1) reported

@bt_uk Your done 10 disconnects in 3 hours I've had enough of this bullshit service plus prices have gone up yeah ok overcharging for a crap service I'm ringing up later to cancel u constantly lied to through the year I've had enough of ur greedy company

  • littlemisswells Rachel Wells (@littlemisswells) reported

Thank you @bt_uk for your shocking customer service. As a new customer, I am shocked that Wendy can deal with complaints, she is the manager and cannot help move a date due. When I get last minute texts after two date changes when we need Wifi.

  • TimGMacpherson TimMacpherson🌹 (@TimGMacpherson) reported

Is Steve Harmison the worst TV Cricket summariser ever? #ENGvWI #testcricket #btsport

  • wysiwyg58 Grumpy Dave (@wysiwyg58) reported

@bt_uk Questions I need answering please. 1/ why has my broadband speed continuously gone down year after year but price gone up? Ie when FTTC first here I was on 86 down and 20 up. I achieved and maintained those speeds now it's lucky to hit 40 down and 13 up.

  • kevsmac Kevin McAleer (@kevsmac) reported

@btbusinesscare I've talked to your complaints team and there is literally nothing that the entirety of BT can do about it. Its simply a process that cannot be broken. If one of my customers is impacted by a mistake I'd make - I'd be on a motorbike with a new simcard to get them up an running.

  • peter33266430 peter (@peter33266430) reported

@bt_uk just had full fibre installed, it’s dam useless, nothing is connecting to this new service, might have to go back copper
