Richard Borrett (@rsborrett) reported from Hitchin, England@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!
-
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?
-
Andrew Leggett (@derbynutter) reported from Litlington, England@SkySportsNews Hope all is ok @SkySportsNews. Hope service resumes from a @btsport fan
-
Sarah Brigden (@tetleyteabird) reported from Hitchin, England@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!
-
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England@bt_uk My current bill for £55.99 does not appear to take account of the 27 days my broadband/digital voice service was out for. What happened to the alleged "automatic compensation"?
-
matt clift (@mclift13) reported from Potton, EnglandThese commentators on @btsport for the Liverpool game are bloody awful
-
Lisa 🏴🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye
-
Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.
-
Rob (@Whiskybob77) reported from Standon, England@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

𝙲𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚡𝚎𝚛 (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.
-
AFCdonnilad (@afcdonnilad) reportedFormal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2

David Sinfield (@omotforest) reported@WasSamLowryEsq @bt_uk @openreach The French call it demerdisation. Removing the ****. It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
