Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@bt_uk I called out a BT engineer to fix the slow internet speeds I have in my area, and they said I 'just have to wait for BT to decide to install fibre in my area', even tho i've been here 4yrs+ and all other streets have fibre around here. Literally 3 telephone poles missed

@bt_uk Please can you explain how my broadband contract has been renewed for 2 years just because I called up to cancel BT sport? Genuinely disgusting that you lock people into contracts without even getting their consent. Surely grounds for me to leave my contract?
