@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

@bt_uk how come you say BT for life then my telephone outtage has been MONTHS and my broadband went out 17th June & after loads of calls including the fact I’m a vulnerable person, your tracker (which moves out daily!) says estimated fix 1st July?!!! Nothings happening. Stressed

@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

@shakemeister007 @MatthewKing35 @bt_uk I was virgin bb customer for 20yrs, prices seemed to go up every year for speeds that I didnt need and never got. Moved to vodafone 2 months ago, 3rd the price for 3rd the speed - a reliable 30mbps but that is all I need. I used to get on avg 30mbps with virgin for 3x the price.

@bt_uk Hi. Is there nothing similar to the ee network reporting tool? It allows reporting for specific postcode areas and I used to be able to use it and have problems rectified quickly. I frequently have 4g Internet issues in a certain area I visit and they were always solved asap

@bt_uk Unfortunately that doesn’t sound right - a family member who is on BT also can get on with their WiFi and we can’t with ours - this happened about 10.30 this morning - who can I talk to at BT? This is a BT issue
