When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
