    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

    @AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

    @bt_uk its a disgrace. Brand new customer, agreed to pay 17,99 for the first 6 months and they now charge me 22,99 When I ask why, its because of the landline I NEVER REQUESTED/WANTED. And when ask to get the cost and that removed, now they say it cant be done. TOTAL BS!

    @btsport your stream quality isn't HD and I can't switch devices because it tells me "too many live streams running" I closed my browser 5 minutes ago. And you want £30 a MONTH for this ****** service??

    @btbusinesscare I have actually made an official complaint which is being investigated but thank you for taking time and trouble and asking. I am hoping a resolution will be reached but atm, no. I’m not at all happy.

    @bt_uk @Rachelb105 I have contacted openreach and they have told me to ask BT to open a fault order to the service management team. I’ve tried calling BT, messaging, online chat and the online forms and having no luck at all? Thanks

    I seriously do not want to continue in this manner with no concerte answers or service whatsoever. @bt_uk please cancel my contract and ideally I should not be penalized for it, since I'm being forced to do so due to deprivation of services.
