  • chefmarc82 Marc Ambrose (@chefmarc82) reported from Sandy, England

Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

  • Whiskybob77 Rob (@Whiskybob77) reported from Standon, England

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

  • tetleyteabird Sarah Brigden (@tetleyteabird) reported from Hitchin, England

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

  • rsborrett Richard Borrett (@rsborrett) reported from Hitchin, England

@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

  • DodgsonStuart Stuart Valentine Dodgson (@DodgsonStuart) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@bt_uk Thank you. Problem solved. That was good customer service.

  • mclift13 matt clift (@mclift13) reported from Potton, England

These commentators on @btsport for the Liverpool game are bloody awful

  • TherionWare Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

  • sjelms Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  • loobylou470 Lisa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England

@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

  • 125f8 Gordon Tant (@125f8) reported from Sandy, England

Why is it @PrimeVideo over @BTCare is always causing issues. Totally fine if I watch on mobile signal

  • angie_shatford Angie Shatford 💙 (@angie_shatford) reported from Saffron Walden, England

@bt_uk - 👋 I’m having a problem with nuisance calls. The person I just spoke to on your helpline wasn’t very helpful 😬 Can you DM me to help me fix this? Thank you!

  • derbynutter Andrew Leggett (@derbynutter) reported from Litlington, England

@SkySportsNews Hope all is ok @SkySportsNews. Hope service resumes from a @btsport fan

  • TherionWare Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk My current bill for £55.99 does not appear to take account of the 27 days my broadband/digital voice service was out for. What happened to the alleged "automatic compensation"?

  • sdunlop Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England

@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

  • katieee120 Katieee120 (@katieee120) reported from Baldock, England

@StarWarsSession @btsport Trying the BT Sport app. YouTube stream is piss poor.

  • ClaretFPL Jimmy The Claret (@ClaretFPL) reported

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk I tried that with Plusnet when they went down for a week and I had to run video sessions from my phone. Ran out of my and Mrs C's data. They said the best they could do was provide a note to my boss saying that my WiFi was down

  • PLfrenchie PLfrenchie 🇫🇷⚽️ (@PLfrenchie) reported

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk In the past they gave me extra G on my phone contract. Have you tried their ‘public’ network. In my location I could stream easily on their public network.

  • blairman_walter Walter Blairman (@blairman_walter) reported

@bt_uk Claire..having asked my relationship to the account holder you have now done nothing to help us. Why am I not surprised!!

  • MervtheVamp Mervinia Black (@MervtheVamp) reported

@bt_uk what's the current phone wait time? It's been half hour already, live chat can't help me and I have to call... any idea if my Weds is going to be totally wasted sitting on the phone waiting for you guys? 😒

  • Stephan07363368 Stephanie Hernandez (@Stephan07363368) reported

    @CalvinBook @btsportfootball @btsport this is terrible news

  • Justsum32062003 Justsumguy (@Justsum32062003) reported

@Littlelissy87 @bt_uk The problem could be any number of things, walls, insulation, cabling, electrical appliances, interferences. Dont need a particularly big house for it to be an issue. 80% of houses will fail to get WiFi in at least one room when using a single point of WiFi transmission.

  • corinne14470 cc (@corinne14470) reported

@bt_uk can I have some help with a fault please
