@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

  • Whiskybob77 Rob (@Whiskybob77) reported from Standon, England

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

  • katieee120 Katieee120 (@katieee120) reported from Baldock, England

@StarWarsSession @btsport Trying the BT Sport app. YouTube stream is piss poor.

  • mclift13 matt clift (@mclift13) reported from Potton, England

These commentators on @btsport for the Liverpool game are bloody awful

  • tetleyteabird Sarah Brigden (@tetleyteabird) reported from Hitchin, England

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

  • chefmarc82 Marc Ambrose (@chefmarc82) reported from Sandy, England

Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

  • sdunlop Stuart Dunlop (@sdunlop) reported from Stevenage District, England

@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

@bt_uk why am I suffering with bad packet loss ..I have turned my router off and on and still getting packet loss

  • tina_rgb Tina (@tina_rgb) reported

@bt_uk See that again contradicts what support said when I asked them, with them insisting that the adapter would replace this necessity. To be clear, if I choose not to switch to digital voice, would this mean I lose my landline?

  • kevin_busby Kevin Busby (@kevin_busby) reported

@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Can you not go back & say you can’t pay as it will cause inflation to rise & the priority is to get inflation down? Works for the government 👍

  • Phillwillkill Phillip Your Cans (@Phillwillkill) reported

@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Loyalty doesn’t pay sadly. I was with Sky for over ten years and left because the lowest they could get me down to was £60 for what I wanted and if I was a new customer I’d get it for less than £40. With virgin now.

  • HighNoon_real High Noon (@HighNoon_real) reported

@jake82907637 @bt_uk £1.3bn in profit. After this ill never use BT again. They are SCUM

  • kicka11 ⚕ ᑕᕼᖇIS ⚕ (@kicka11) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Hyperoptic has been amazing for me, much cheaper and customer service is really streamlined.

  • J_92__ Jack (@J_92__) reported

@fnafilms @MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Virgin I’ll be paying £110 a month or something after April. I have BT Sport, 200mb internet, no Sky Sports but I use my mam’s sky go login. For £99 a month I can get 60mb broadband but Sky Sports and BT. Wondering if I can keep the internet and switch the TV.

  • david_tofield David Tofield (@david_tofield) reported

@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Whenever you have a price rise gives you the option to cancel with no penalty or get a new deal...check out deals online

  • jezzerb1 Jezzer🇬🇧⛷🦡🏎️🗼🌳 (@jezzerb1) reported

@bt_uk Not sure they are confused, both saying they are identical, and couldn't explain the price difference? It appears to get the price down, they offer you a discount, but then switch you to Fibre one, saying it is the same as Fibre 2. It's not good and seems very underhand.

  • DJGTidwell Dave Tidwell (@DJGTidwell) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but the PON is reconnected within minutes. It only goes down long enough to disrupt meetings, and recovers within 5 minutes. You SLA would be too slow so it would be fixed before you reacted.
