@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

@bt_uk Really frustrated that installing an update to #BTCloud has failed with no warning. This is clearly an ongoing issue. Still no fix after three days. Why has the faulty update not been taken down? Why was I prompted to update when BT know that it will fail? Incompetence all round.

  • HippyHippoPhoto TheHippyHippo | Photo (@HippyHippoPhoto) reported

@shezallo2012 @SkyHelpTeam @BTCare Only been a customer for 15 hours and unfortunately already seen the same issue. Everything else stays connected (incl. previous Freesat and Apple TV boxes). Watching Sky response to this with interest...

  • RoseGenner Rose Genner (@RoseGenner) reported

Playing on catch up, 43/50 or 51/59 on @TheVirtualPubQ1 from yesterday. Luckily we could skip through the @bt_uk @BTCare issues, hope they sort it for you tomorrow Jay.

I hope them and everyone at @btsport understands the nature of the 'family values' trope. If not, may I suggest you stop pretending to support the #RainbowLaces campaign?
