@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

@AlexWilliams100 @bt_uk Our speed is awful too. Could change provider but problem is it would be no different as it's the wires coming into the house from the box that they are not interested in solving.

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@Ofcom #dontbother my digital voice and broadband from @bt_uk has been out of service and continues to be out of service for over 2 weeks now It’s a disgrace that @WeAreOpenreach can’t resolve a fault quicker, and provide a fix date. At the minute I have no fix date

Hey @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp our home internet has been down for 10 days now. You’ve assured my partner several times it’s been fixed when it hasn’t. It’s impossible for us to work from home and it’s having a negative financial impact on us. Can someone please fix this ASAP.

@bt_uk Would be excited if your terrible service didn’t effect my #mentalhealth should have gone with #sky
-
Tom Burke

@bt_uk Will see what it’s like in the morning… if it’s back up to 50Mbps sustained, then I’m afraid I’ll stand by my assessment that the internet service was degraded, not the line capacity/capability not the WiFi.
-
Tom Burke
(@Tom_E_Burke) reported
@bt_uk Further more are you testing just within the confines of the BT network? The tests we’re running break out beyond so could the issue/degradation be at you gateways to the www? 🤔

@bt_uk after 12 months of a leased line finally being installed you left us high and dry without a router that was agreed with your sales team. Appears your project managers are willing to lose 100k in new orders / cancelled deals before dealing with it! Anyone want to help?

@LynchY194 @bt_uk 1. You can use your BT4600 phone by plugging into the green phone port on back of BT Smart Hub 2. 2. Your extension won’t work anymore. Alt: DIY job and wire it to the back of the router. 3. Call blocking should still work 4. All of UK is moving to digital phone lines service
