@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

@bt_uk I've already raised a complaint when I called Friday morning perhaps. We're receiving a terrible service. Unable to view the guide or watch catch up intermittently. Even after getting the kids to disconnect fron the router!!

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk I ordered fttp on 21st Dec. Open reach engineer came today but couldn't compete job due to blockage. Needs civil team to dig new pipeline to house. But bt put cancel order in to my current provider so as of midnight I have no Internet. Bt guy said could be 6 weeks til he's back.

@bt_uk BT is such a terrible company and do t ever touch any of their service. The broadband service they provide would freeze many times a day, but according to them, it’s customers fault. How can it be customers fault if only a restart of the router can fix the issue?
