Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

If you ever consider using @bt_uk for internet- just don’t. Worst service from any company I’ve ever experienced, they just don’t care and won’t solve any issues. Almost a week without Internet now and they will not help, paying for non existent service #worstcompanyinuk

@bt_uk been unable to wfh for 4, going on 5 days. Engineer today could have fixed wifi but didn’t because we are going to leave you- if I lose my job will you pay my wages? We are still paying you for a service until mid April!

@bt_uk So Friday night recorded ok but RAW just did not record at all last night despite me checking it was on! What is the issue as getting fed up paying for an unreliable service!

@Dominiclangan @BTCare Hi Dom. Sad to hear you're still experiencing poor customer service from BT. We're BT customers and have good service throughout. Glad that you treat your customers with more respect than your experience with BT. Hope you get somewhere with them soon, or alternative supplier.

@BlindMath @bt_uk Or electricity, gas... someone suggested @youfibre, I'd be paying less with their top package and get a eero mesh as part of the deal. I currently pay £58 for no service on the UK's first "unbreakable home wi-fi"!

@bt_uk @merseymale Your Smart Hub 2 routers with complete Wifi are totally unreliable for home working. Replaced with mesh Wifi and you have no solution for this.

In November I reported to @bt_uk that the solution they promote for backing up your data, BT Cloud, had stopped working. Many, many people are complaining in BT's forums how terrible it is. I have had an open complaint for months now and it still isn't fixed. It's ridiculous.
