@bt_uk We're with Virgin and if we got a BT sim it works with EE who don't work here either. Already tried EE. But thanks with your help.

  • RachelWaite Rachel Waite (@RachelWaite) reported

@bt_uk A request please to urgently provide a working phone line and broadband service after 2.5 weeks without both, following Storm Eunice. Households of vulnerable people. No mobile reception. Still cut off. No information or help from BT. Disgraceful

  • 68iron doug fox (@68iron) reported

@bt_uk Hi David, yes I managed to get in, for some reason it will no longer allow log on through a VPN so had to disconnect that gain access, not sure why all of sudden the Vpn has become a problem as it has always previously worked fine.

  • Coco66619 Coco666 (@Coco66619) reported

@bt_uk I was happy at BT but you have now increased the bill by almost 10%. Worst is that you don't allow clients to get out of their contract without a penalty... Is that the right thing to do? As a matter of principle I will get out asap. This is corporate bullying!

  • Camillas_Books Camilla's Bookshop (@Camillas_Books) reported

@bt_uk @phi_jan Our home internet has been offline for about a month. We have had several automated messages telling us when it would be repaired. It isn't, and you are still charging for your "service". Any plans to fix it?

  • pokiscot pokiscot (@pokiscot) reported

@bt_uk Hello, no I don't think you can fix the problem with looking at my order. Your colleague already did, and @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach knew of the issues for over a month, and you guys took on a customer knowing there's an issue. Fun times.

  • bobski2410 Bobby Cott (@bobski2410) reported

@bt_uk About as a sorry as your online team leader is?…if so, it’s not really of much use! I’ve wasted over 2 hours hour already trying to get to the bottom of the issue, I am unable to waste anymore time in hearing the same information being repeated via twitter as well.

  • RCaitlin Robyn Caitlin (@RCaitlin) reported

@bt_uk My partner has already spent over 5 hours on the phone to you across Thurs, Fri and today so unless you can bypass everything else and process the order instantly I don’t think DMing any details is going to fix this. Definitely want to cancel our contract as soon as possible.

  • thomkelly_ Thom Kelly (@thomkelly_) reported

@OpenreachHelp Wow, @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp you have a full house today - is that any good? The DSO needs to contact Aaron Toor with an update on B94 5JU - so your engineer turned up yesterday with no job details, but had traffic mgt, but no cherry picker - how inept! 13 days and this is crap👎👎

  • RCaitlin Robyn Caitlin (@RCaitlin) reported

Haven’t had internet since Thursday because @bt_uk didn’t actually process our house move. Was told on Thursday it would be 24hrs. On Friday was told 48hrs. This morning we’re told the order hasn’t even been placed yet and will be at least another 48hrs. What a **** show.
