Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

@bt_uk Was able to connect even when I got the first txt saying that there was a problem with broadband in my area that why I was confused as I have a TV service that requires Internet and it is has a ethernet cable and my mobile was connected to WiFi all the time.

@bt_uk my BT broadband keeps cutting out, all morning. Apparently an issue with the line which is aimed to fix by 15th. I am unable to do my work and the work I need to do for my degree. Compensation for lack of service and disruptiveness?

@BTCare @EE Hi guys disappointed to be transferred from BT to EE with the lure of a price cut, only for EE to raise my price by 14% once the transfer was complete. Poor, underhand tactics to get people to switch.

Please @bt_uk and @BTSopenreach our small business has been left without a phone line or broadband since 7th March. We were promised a smooth switchover. What are we supposed to do? No direct phone number anywhere to call someone on to discuss. @drewhendrySNP can you help?
