@bt_uk So what next then?! Given that your out of warrantee technical line won’t speak to me and provides a premium rate number to contact which I will not be doing given that so far not one of the people I have spoken to have offered any support other than to fob me off!!

@bt_uk I was with BT for years. Their service was ******* awful! I lost count of the hours on the phone to BT. We were lucky enough to get cabled for Virgin. What a difference - super fast and reliable. In the last 2 years we have not had a single problem.

@bt_uk BT is awful, customer service is just a cyclical round of nonsense. Ofcom are complicit who protect the bad service. I had piss poor, below par service throughout my contract, numerous engineer visits and no improvement. Changed provider 32mg vs 15mg from new vs BT.. ********.

When you pay £7.99 (!!) for on the go internet with @bt_uk and you have to log in every 90 seconds to use it! 😡 not happy at all and nothing on their help or FAQ’s about connection issues!? 🙄 help!

Because it seems to me @bt_uk like you have let down Scottish customers and are exploiting them out of their hard earned cash to feed into English football, Rugby, Cricket, Women's football, U 21 English football, National League and nowt for us...explain?

@bt_uk All, you are better looking at 4g broadband. Had poor service from BT on my broadband receiving just 4mbs. I'm now receiving between 30-40mbs on 4g broad and only £20 a month, less than half the price of BT!

Louise Powell

@bt_uk awful customer service from you so far. Broken baby monitor with no sound and nobody seems bothered. Three departments spoken to so far and going round in circles. Absolute disgrace. BT do not care about safety and are more interested in profit it seems

@bt_uk You are lucky if we get between 0.5 and 14 mbs, Openreach know there is a problem and after 9 BT/Openreach engineers since June 2020 its still not fixed. Some engineers admit to a fault some don't. It's a lottery.

@WinstonHill17 @bt_uk Yes! BT should say 'for up to X devices' if that was the real problem.

@bt_uk BT smarthub bricked few weeks ago. Raised issue 6 days ago, still no reply. Internet running at 1/4 speed you promise, but I know you won't do anything unless I have the smarthub in the first place. Help me out here.
