@bt_uk In touch with customer services Friday 2nd over an insane charge of £35 for my son going over his 24gb allowance by 0.3mb. Told by BT rep that we could get a better deal by switching to EE. Sims arrived today, PAC codes hadn’t been registered 1/2

@bt_uk trying to renew and on hold constantly on the phone lines (3rd attempt). More likely to cancel now. Why can't I simply fix this?
