    Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

    @N0tEnoughRed @bt_uk There's only one cable from the router to the network point. Replaced with a cat 6. No difference in speed.. About 70-80mb

    @virginmedia watching BTSport 1HD live on the TVGo app is hopeless. Lag in the video stream is horrendous, ruining the viewing experience. The App is the worst.
