@VOD_Alex_ @bt_uk They live in a mobile deadzone,move rooms,you lose signal,so wifi,3/4g essential.Been having problems still 4 months later,engineer came they were running off a neighbours line,all the time,he had to go to a junction box up the road and reroute everything.

@bt_uk Thanks. I’ll keep an eye on that reference number. The 4G signal is ok, but can be quite patchy from time to time. Additionally it is not really sustainable over the next 4 working days due to the nature of my work and data limits.

I can't believe this... After I got in touch with @bt_uk to come out and fix my Internet, it's all of a sudden working again!! BT - can you give me a number to call to cancel the engineer next Monday as I only have the number for the text service bot?

It's now been 11 days without internet connection to my home. OK we've had Christmas and New Year, but that's still a while for @bt_uk to leave me without a service I'm paying for. Guess I'm going to have to try calling them again. Sigh.
