Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

Hi @BT_Uk @BTCare Since Cancelling My @HulloMail , For Both Phone Numbers, It Hasn't Diverted Back To: #BTMobile / #EE @EE Answering Voice Mail Numbers Or Settings, Once Cancelled/End Of Dial It Say Number Not In Use, Despite I Get All Text Messages & Phone Calls, HELP PLS

@bt_uk Yes, that's where I ended up after logging into my bt account and a bit of digging, and providing my landline number. A simple page of ongoing problems in regions could have provided some reassurance that the problem was identified and being looked into.

@bt_uk You could at least put a section on your website or Twitter that might explain the problems you are experiencing which will leave me without BT internet access until Friday, at the latest increasing estimate.

@bt_uk I have tried for multiple days to get through to cancel my landline. You won’t answer and you provide no alternative way of contact. Truly awful.

@bt_uk You are awful to deal with - i have had a stroke, my phone doesn't work and hasn't for weeks, you haven't fixed it. Terrible customer service, no one is dealing with it! HELP! HELP!

@bt_uk This number is for faults. I just get sent a text. I’ve tried 0800800150 again and again and it just says ‘busy..call again later’. My elderly mother’s landline phone is now not working, she has no idea what to do with the handset she’s been sent and she is very distressed!!

@bt_uk hi, your contractor replaced a telegraph pole next to my gate yesterday and lifted the gate post. I now can't get my car off the drive. Filling in a claim form doesn't cut it. Please advise before I chop the pole down.
