    Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

    And actually thinking about it, it's not that you don't care, it's that you really don't give a **** about disibility, there's a @bt_uk van parked/dumped in a disabled bay for 3 weeks now using someone else's badge, reported 2x causing issues for others and you've done sweet fa!

    Dear @bt_uk Your few good advisors let down by other who are just rude and unhelpful. Day 10 with no Internet. All I get is a text message saying I'll be contacted in 2 days. Now my temp hub has now been turned off.. Guess I'll wait another 24hrs, 48hrs or wait is it 72hrs?

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, I have spoken to your customer service but they cannot find an order without a account number (we didn't place the order so don't have one) they advised @bt_uk can provide it but they also say they can't. Not sure what to do but can't work tomorrow. Thanks

    @bt_uk Hi it's @lambeth_council issue to sort out, they fail to police blue badges and being disabled myself it tends to annoy when local authorities ignore blue bladge abuse and misuse. Which is why I've reported it to them. But honestly thank you for responding I really appreciate it.

    @bt_uk @BTCare the proble has not been resolved. How can you ask for money to get out of contract, WHEN, BT are not supplying the product. Not sure how you will resolve unless you fix the Degraded Mast which is causing signal issues. Meaning, no signal to use the phone!

    @bt_uk Yes. It's continued to do the speeds we have been experiencing for the past few months averaging 0.4 MB/s. When we call up, they say there is no issue and speeds are 23MB/s which is an outright lie.

    @bt_uk Hi David. No problem is still the same. I need to click on 'credentials required' which then goes to the BT hotspot site. If I then click ' use network as it is' it will login. Thanks, Rudi
