    Shame on you @bt_uk I have been lied to three times about having engineers booked in. Three times! 3 days of no broadband, approx 6 hours of calls and messaging BT tech support and still no engineer is coming to fix the problem.

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk no working Internet since 31/5. Three times open reach have failed to turn up for my booked appointments. Twice your complaints team have promised to ring and never do. Lost track of the amount of time I've wasted calling BT. What am I paying you for? Jokers

    @btbusinesscare absolutely unacceptable service from BT this morning. New install of broadband has cut off phone lines completely with no one taking responsibility to reinstate them. As a pharmacy our phone line is essential and this failure is putting patients at risk

    @bt_uk my housemate is an NHS key worker. I worked for the NHS during the whole pandemic. All we want is to enjoy some tv. And we are seriously being told that BT will not cancel our service after being over 1 week out of cooling off. All because I was waiting for 3/5

    @bt_uk I’m in absolute bits. I’ve had terrible service from you, lies and the actual product is awful. I was missold. Was waiting for all my equipment which took me out of the ‘cooling off’ period by 1 WEEK! And I’m told I can’t cancel even though what you’re offering 1/2
