I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@BritishTelecom @bt_uk Any idea when you are going to fix v26 of the BTCloud desktop client? Clearly untested before release. The forums are full of the AV issue and systray app crashes. V17 was perfectly ok.

@bt_uk No, after speaking to 6 different advisors on chat as well as phone, we wasted 4 hours of our time trying to get internet access as me and my partner need it to work from home and it’s now caused a lot of inconvenience. We won’t be able to work and have had the worst experience.
