I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

@bt_uk WIFIs been out for over a week. Ive had to keep topping up sim cards just so I can work and don’t lose my job. This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work

@bt_uk I've have been given a reason, yes. However, I have not placed a new order. As I expressed to the colleague of yours that I spoke to, I do not regard an order being cancelled without notification as being indicative of good customer service.
