@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

@bt_uk Not very impressed I have now been switched to digital voice and bt shop have stopped selling the cyberpower back up battery for smart hub2. If there is a power cut we loose the landline phone service and can't phone emergency services
