    @TheAxAndSmash @btsport Can’t agree with you more. Had a nightmare when we moved house a couple of months back with them massively over charging me, took forever to get through. No one took any ownership, appalling customer service

    @BTGroup @bt_uk @BTCare I raised a complaint almost 6 months ago and my problem has still not been fully solved. I am appalled and thoroughly disgusted with your service and will never be switching providers to you again! It has proved to be the most difficult process I have

    @BTCare had my fibre modem installed yesterday, hub turned up today and broadband not working, been on the phone an hour and put through to the wrong department every time. Can you assist?!

    @BTCare Hmm, I don’t think I was able to get that far as I called up the main customer care number and they advised me of my options. (I could be wrong though)

    @bt_uk @BTCare As a #BT customer I expect a response, which is also what my neighbour expects with help on getting a cable moved on a telegraph pole but BT say they cannot help ! Well let’s see if @virginmedia @SkyUK need any more customers?

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp We are a new install god knows what the issue is now I can’t keep up! One engineer just left after 3 hours now expecting one this afternoon but won’t get my hopes up. If it’s not working by 3pm tomorrow we will have to go elsewhere we can’t go on any longer like this

    @BTCare hi, absaloutly outraged that we are still waiting after 5 weeks to have our internet set up after being told 5 days. Noones helping, making a formal complaint on all platforms if this is not done!

    @btbusinesscare phoned again to report the issue this member of staff has sent ANOTHER engineer out who has once again informed me he cant fix anything because BT have cut my number off This is a disgrace completly & utterly disgusting that im still in the same position as day 1

    @BTCare After being passed to Bhavia in India and giving him my mobile number to call me back incase there were any issues he cut me off and didn’t call me back. Issues still not sorted.

    @BTCare Is there a problem in the 01706 dial code area, I’ve tried several numbers from my mobile, nine are connecting. Says the number isn’t recognised or it just cuts off. No ring tone!!
