    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    Fair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

    I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

    @bt_uk Yeah the issue is the ever increasing cost and ever decreasing level of actually being able to watch the channels I pay for. If you could let me know how much it would cost to buy out my contract I'd appreciate it, Sky may be more expensive but at least the equipment works.

    @bt_uk Another 3 days + of minimal internet access for teen sitting exams (GCSE equivalent). We have the emergency hub but dependent on 4G signal which not great here. No guarantee that anything will actually happen on Tuesday either as no doubt further appts will need to be made.

    @bt_uk to many issues to list from our bt install which started back in September and only just completed in March/April. Soooo many missed appointments. Unbelievable bad workmanship including leaving cable run across door mat which we were told was normal practice. 1/2
