The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

Mr Green (@timbhoy1) reported@bt_uk I’ve had Bt internet for twenty years and never had Wi-fi in every room ever, in fact I’d go as far as saying it works sporadically, drops Wi-fi connections then crashes disconnecting all devices and the more we move to towards streaming watch we watch the worse it has become.
