Fair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

@bt_uk I note my upcoming bill has no reduction for lack of service experienced after Storm Arwen when we were without phone or broadband. Shouldn't this automatically be applied?

@Thegeordiefaith @bt_uk I contacted them today after Downdetector showed scores of people affected in my area, while the BT site (as usual) reported no problems. The company are fundamentally dishonest. Quick enough to take our money but unwilling to acknowledge problems or fix them

@SkyHelpTeam why are you blaming the content download issues your customers are experiencing on @bt_uk when a quick look in your Sky help forums shows people with all broadband suppliers having the same issue? When are you going to fix it this has been going on for weeks?
