    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @virginmedia It was from last night so I don't understand the problem assuming comms between VM and @btsport are working OK. As mentioned, Sky seem to be able to do updates as they did with this one.

    @bt_uk Yes, we have, so many times in the last few days. Yet you refuse to provide dongles or anything else to help your customers with the situation. Even a manager said there isn’t anything that can be done unless we spend more money with your company. How is that customer service?

    @bt_uk I’m not sure why your employees are not working more efficiently to fix this problem. Google crashed and it was up and running in 30minutes because they know how important it is for people and schools. They rely on it to work and deliver lessons.

    It has been a while since having anything bad to say about @bt_uk but they have made up for it in a big way. Broadband down; TV, internet, WiFi all wiped out and the response from @bt_uk in recognising there’s a fault? ….. they will try and put it right in 5 days!! Terrible😡😡
