    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    @bt_uk I was due a call back on Wednesday for an update from her instead I had to call because YOU CANCELLED MY BROADBAND I have no access to a bank in town now no access for 3 days YOUR SERVICE SINKS

    @bt_uk Great sales people, shocking service !!!! Still without internet and can’t get any answers. Cable laid under door mat, ugly box in middle of wall. No internet since 22nd nov. Missed appointments. Now have 3 boxes all apparently wrong.

    @bt_uk I got my parents onto a social tariff during the week. I had explicitly to ask for this since it was never offered during my talks with the accounts team. If I hadn't known about the option my parents would still be paying way more than they need to. This is very poor.

    @bt_uk Yea this service has been shocking. Was told by one advisor that my WiFi was stopped due to a missed payment. And once it was paid it would be back in within 24 hours. 24 hours later no WiFi. Just brilliant for somebody who works from home

    @bt_uk one of your engineers disconnected our internet by mistake on Fri. A manager was supposed to call me tomorrow but didn’t. Can someone call me ASAP to resolve? I work from home and already lost income by having no internet/taking days off for engineers who never turned up
