    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    @bt_uk Infinity 2 for more than 7 years, never missed a payment, happy to pay nearly double compared to all the others as the service is very good and reliable. any chance I get a new version of the stone age router without cancellation of the whole contract?

    @bt_uk You won't get a penny from them. Younlay for a service. You don't get it. They don't compensate you. Aham.of an offer to give money back. They don't care. Avoid Avoid and Avoid. Advertising standards should investigate this. Read the small print folks and don't ever sign up to BT

    @bt_uk @fearedup They don't want an engineer. They want the as advertised £100. Which you will never give them as you log are a fraud. Advertising standards should look in to this blatant false advertising of a product they will never give(£100) sham of a company. avoid at a costs people.

    @bt_uk I’m trying to clear my balance on an old account, as I’ve just completed an IVA.I’ve been trying to clear this since august 2020. Can you please help?It still shows as BT on my credit file, therefore still sits with you.Please help as it’s becoming a huge waste of my time!

    @bt_uk just want to share a positive note. Internet been dropping out since Friday. Major incident in our area. Called BT and got through within 5minutes. Got a mini hub on it way today and received great customer services by Rob. Well done BT in these challenging times.

    @BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.
