I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

.@bt_uk When can we expect a meaningful update to the "you view" set top box. It offers terrible #UX. 50% of remote clicks seem to do nothing. Apps often launch with no audio and need a hard reset to fix.

@bt_uk sooo always been with sky, then moved to Yorkshire and tried bt broadband. Now regretting it. Can't wait to finish the contract very soon. Bt wifi is ****.

@bt_uk 6:05pm it’s not a good one is it BT!!!absolutely no response. Mr Jansen, one should really look into the failings of your company in keeping a health centre without an incoming line now for 3 days of all which trying to help those who phone in or in our case can not currently!.

@McGuinnesschild @bt_uk My experience of BT so bad I paid to get out of the contract. Pleased they appear to want to help you. In my case I spent almost 4 hours waiting to speak with a person. They try to grind you into giving up. Much as I’m no fan of some company stances I’m now ABBT - anyone but BT.

@bt_uk My mother on law is 92 and depends on her bt landline. Today it has developed a fault, no dialing tone, ringing but no connection on answer. Who can she contact as a vulnerable customer please. Automated services are no help.

@bt_uk i have been trying to ring 0800 783 1401 and 0800 800 150 since 8am to cancel my account but they are not working. I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere
