@mcmanus_da @bt_uk @BTCare Indeed. BT have gone well out of their way to help resolve matters, even when the issue wasn’t necessarily their fault or responsibility.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk Thank you for the BT mini hub. It arrived yesterday. But it seems the 4G signal here isn't strong enough for it. If junction box is fixed on Tuesday that will have been 9 days with no internet service. Will there be some refund ?

@TalkTalk - slow/dropping/no internet connection. @bt_uk landline is crackling too so may be part of the problem. Was told it was “fixed” so cancelled Openreach engineer visit as cannot take time off work unnecessarily but it’s gone again.

@ShortAxle @bt_uk Sorry but it’s consumer grade Service Level Agreement terms. Once enquired on the business service ISDN and it went from something like £40 a month to £150 a month to go from 4 day to 2 day SLA, and then £300 a month if you wanted 1 day SLA.

@bt_uk Absolute con internet down Thursday . ‘We will send you a hub’. - no you didn’t. Internet down again today ‘we will you send a hub’. Probably haven’t. Why not just have better infrastructure? Engineer not here until Tuesday! Not very good promise! Misleading advertising!
