    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    3/3 landline number has never been given out to anyone aside from parents, these are autodials or BT have provided us with a **** number that someone else owned, we are registered with TPS, I can't wait to get out of contract & ditch @bt_uk

    @bt_uk does BT do something to internet connections between midnight and 2am? My router goes down at some point between those times and it's a pain when you're playing xbox online

    @bt_uk Hello. When I placed the order, everything was ok, it was confirmed that there would be no problem with the connection. The engineer checked everything outside of my property and the status was that everything was fine. That's why I decided to quit Sky and move on to you.

    @bt_uk New meeting has been arranged with the engineer who will activate my services on 04/06/2021..... fallen... I have enough of this, mock me if they want to.Where can I report it? Where to go for help? 11/11/2020 I placed the order!!! Half a year without internet.
