I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk Our order has been cancelled numerous times, currently on the phone to BT. Someone your end has cancelled twice now. We placed this order November and we now being told nothing can be done until 11th. We live in an area of no/limited signal so need a connection

@bt_uk We have been told they cannot do anything until the 11th January. Quite frankly terrible when we’ve been a customer for BT for over 20 years
