    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk We shall see if Friday brings any delivery of bt router and phones for fiber. If not then it’s now been no connection since Friday 1st December, including no emergency 🚨 connection because of disabilities . I can’t wait to spell out the laws been breached by #BT

    @bt_uk STILL no Open Reach engineer, still no broadband service/TV. What is the point if you just keep putting off an update, was 1st Dec, then 13th, now 23rd. So no service for Christmas despite order being placed on 22ND OCTOBER. ******* ridiculous.

    @bt_uk Is it acceptable in the 21st century that you can’t get broadband, I moved house 200yards down the road and nearly 3 month later you still can’t get me activated??
