I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk Hey, you charged me for an extra router by mistake as we never ordered or received one. You said on 24/12/21 that your mistake was resolved. I've been sat here waiting for you to turn our WiFi back on like you said you would at 8am. I work from home c"mon!

@bt_uk Loyal BT customer 25 years. 42+ consecutive days of low-speed connectivity and broadband service outages 70+ confirmed by BT support. Speed guarantee never reached. Confirmed by BT on each of 8 engineer visits (not wearing safety masks). 35+ hrs complaints to BT support.

@Swirlingfire @BTCare The core service was the broadband, which mostly worked, it was the bundled extras like the back-up mobile WiFi through EE which were useless as I have no EE coverage in my area so luckily I never needed it
