Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

@bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

Fair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

@bt_uk Don't worry about it I've solved the problem myslef, and I've been told I can't change the account name even though I've paid for it for 6 years, I don't live with my sister who originally organised it and I always change my package without any issue but hey ho!!!

@bt_uk Just spent over an hour online, trying to sign in and connect to BT Wifi. Created a new gmail account & new password, new sign in details, new security q. Everything. After an hour I still can't sign in, so I'm told: "Please call on 0800 022 3322 Please connect with BT FON"

Five games in the @premierleague scheduled at 14:00 today. Guess how many are being shown in the UK by @SkySports or @btsport? One - the Sportswashing Derby (#CHENEW) It's bad enough when games aren't shown on Saturday but why not show all the Sunday games and let fans choose?

@teadrinker68 @bt_uk I've got @BT and the service is generally poor. The broadband speed halved at the start of lockdown, the home network is rubbish and the TV box is so slow. They keep promising fibre but I'm going with Virgin.

@jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT To be fair, our broadband with BT has always been spot on. Sounds like you need a box upgrade. Really would advise against Virgin. Was with them a while ago. Appalling service. Broadband was terrible and the outages were every week. Left them for Sky but they were just as bad.
