Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future
-
Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England
@bt_uk I just stopped phoning for help because the help is worthless, just like the product.
-
Patricia Mills (@Patriciammills) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England
@bt_uk pity anyone who hasn’t got the wherewithal or IT savvy to chase the comedic connections team. Shambolic service and incompressible text messaging service from outreach. I work for the NHS so used to some chaos but these clowns are next level. Over a month of no service…

James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk hi there. Have recently renewed my contract with you. Why is my bt sport package still being charged at the out of contract price of £29.99? Its supposed to come down to £16

The Wobbly Gamer 👁️🎮 (@TheWobblyGamer) reported from Mildenhall, England
@bt_uk Don't worry about it I've solved the problem myslef, and I've been told I can't change the account name even though I've paid for it for 6 years, I don't live with my sister who originally organised it and I always change my package without any issue but hey ho!!!
-
Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England
@bt_uk Keep getting told next version fixes it. It never does.
-
Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England
@bt_uk You know, I hate to be so critical when you yourself are trying to be kind. It's just I've had such a bad experience of being a BT customer in the last year. I'll DM you details.

Raymond Docwra (@RaymondDocwra) reported from Fordham, England
Fair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

Ian Miller (@millerbowler) reported from Fordham, England
@BTCare @bt_uk The more dealings I have with your customer service and website , the more confused and frustrated I get.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk Only issue is that the new xbox console streaming requires a minimum of 4.8mbs upload speed. I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.
-
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk What a bunch of crooks BT are. Sneaking in a above inflation increase . Luckily I do not use BT but My mother does. I will make sure that she leaves as soon as her contract is up. BT= POOR SERVICE, POOR VALUE.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk Doesnt help in the slightest.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk In fact. I'm sure your adverts state that its GUARANTEED never to happen!!
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk Also. If my contract renewed 2019. That is this year. Not 2014 like first stated. Really seems that bt cant get there numbers correct. As you can see I've been a loyal customer for many many years. Seems like honouring sales pitches doesnt come easy for you guys. Lol

Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk Welcome to the worst broadband provider in the country . BT WE LIKE TO RIP OUR CUSTOMERS OFF .
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk hey there. Have spoken before to yourselves about my poor upload speeds and you say you cant do anything. But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

Chloe Hipwood (@clowee) reported from Haverhill, England
Fancy doing anything about shockingly slow broadband speeds in some rural Tier 4 areas? Video chat for elderly residents in these areas during Christmas should be a given not a luck. @bt_uk @virginmedia @SkyUK . #loneliness #tier4 #christmascancelled
-
Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England
@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England
@bt_uk No full drops but speed was pitiful last night. So much so that my entertainment was stuttering and buffering. So either your test equipment is faulty or lying to you. If I hadnt had a problem I wouldn't be having this conversation!!

Hello @bt_uk, my Mini Hub was incorrectly switched off yesterday before broadband issues had been resolved. It took me 1h45m to get through and have the hub reactivated. First thing I get this morning? An email saying my hub has been switched off. Why, please, just why?

@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk Ah, yes. ISPs with poor customer service, something many countries share.
-
Mike Rose (@RaveofRavendale) reported
@SimoRoth @bt_uk I didn't include it here, but they also slapped an extra £150 on the first bill saying it was for "installation costs". When I questioned it they said "there were issues with installing the line so we had to charge you more" and I said "no there wasn't?" and they said "oh ok sry"
-
Jake Baldwin (@sjake333) reported
@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk We had an almost identical issue way back in 2000 over 'unlimited' internet which they set up incorrectly and ended up being charged for per minute. They wouldn't own up to their mistake and we've refused to use them since.
-
Jesse Baker 🇪🇺 (@marmite22) reported
@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk About 15 years ago I had an issue with BT. I actually don't recall the issue but I remember the pain of waiting on hold and never having the issue resolved. I swore to never ever use them again.
