    @BTCare Thanks for the reply this doesn’t open a webchat or anything and says I need to call to discuss the complaint is this right ? I have just been on the phone to be told they can’t help and another team has to contact me but I always get the same text message which isn’t any help

    @TheAxAndSmash @btsport Can’t agree with you more. Had a nightmare when we moved house a couple of months back with them massively over charging me, took forever to get through. No one took any ownership, appalling customer service

    @BTCare my fibre broadband was due to start yesterday, but was delayed by (at least) 9 days for an engineer appointment (on a workday) due to unexplained ‘technical issues’. The hub and modem are all fitted. The call advisors have no information available. What’s going on?

    Idiots at @bt_uk! I got the sales call and upgraded to fibre & the new hub at £9.99. Service switched today, no new hub. Called & was never put on order. Not impressed @BTCare

    @BTCare is not working he needs to be able to be able to contact hospital or doctors at all times the landline says check line cord its dead as a do do he is almost 80 yrs old he has complained to bt they sent him a bt hub its a farce please sort him out asap
