    @BTCare Thanks for the reply this doesn’t open a webchat or anything and says I need to call to discuss the complaint is this right ? I have just been on the phone to be told they can’t help and another team has to contact me but I always get the same text message which isn’t any help

    @BTCare my fibre broadband was due to start yesterday, but was delayed by (at least) 9 days for an engineer appointment (on a workday) due to unexplained ‘technical issues’. The hub and modem are all fitted. The call advisors have no information available. What’s going on?

Mark stated a senior manager from Openreach would contact us first thing today, Still awaiting phone call. Overall not happy with the level of service from BT
