    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @bt_uk What a bunch of crooks BT are. Sneaking in a above inflation increase . Luckily I do not use BT but My mother does. I will make sure that she leaves as soon as her contract is up. BT= POOR SERVICE, POOR VALUE.

    So @bt_uk have a link in my account to renew my contract, still 6 months left, but had a look. I can get 900mb as a new customer for £46. An upgrade through “my account” was best part of £30 more. Every single package cost way, way more. Guess I’ll be leaving in February.

    @bt_uk I’ve bought a 20yr old house in established development &unable to get broadband as the fttc cab is at capacity. MiFi is your suggestion but 4G reception is awful and you have no alternatives. I’m now left in the dark ages because of your infrastructure. Please help!

    Never fear, reply @bt_uk, it's just a system error. Everything's fine and you can order away. So we do. An engineer attends on 30 July to install. He cannot because the connection point is 100m away and he has not enough fibre, no hoist and there is only one of him...

    Recently my internet has been disconnecting AT LEAST once a day. I’ve reported more faults in the last month than I have since I’ve been with you @bt_uk Whenever I text 61998 it always says there’s not a problem when there clearly is if it keeps disconnecting.

    @bt_uk shocking customer service, my husband works for the #NHS at home, he's spent hours on the phone in own time after you disconnected our broadband without reason several weeks ago. Promised phonecalls back/reconnection. You have spectacularly failed to deliver

    @bt_uk bit of a kick in the teeth to take half a days leave for an installation engineer visit when the engineer doesn’t show up and doesn’t make any contact. Not great customer service or a great start to a new contract is it?

    @bt_uk Yes we do still have problems- but they are so fleeting (a few seconds) and always around the same time of night. I don’t think you’d ever diagnose anything on the line- it maybe line a power surge? A film would buffer, music stops and the router lights go orange. It’s just weird

    @bt_uk I already know there’s an issue. The problem is all we’ve had is a text with an estimated fox time (5:40 yesterday), yet the site now says 5pm today and someone else has been told it can’t be fixed until Monday. Conflicting information is not what we need

    @bt_uk To be honest I’m considering moving to @ZenInternetHelp the 300mb package I’m currently on costs less with them and is guaranteed not to go up in price. The CPI+3.9% isn’t good as you *never* increase the base cost for new customers, if anything it goes down, like it did today!
