Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)
