@bt_uk Also. If my contract renewed 2019. That is this year. Not 2014 like first stated. Really seems that bt cant get there numbers correct. As you can see I've been a loyal customer for many many years. Seems like honouring sales pitches doesnt come easy for you guys. Lol

  • AnneRuddock
Anne Ruddock (@AnneRuddock) reported from Colchester, England

@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk hey there. Have spoken before to yourselves about my poor upload speeds and you say you cant do anything. But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

  • rando__
James (@rando__) reported from Colchester, England

@bt_uk There isn’t that’s the problem... everytime the track order says update on such a date it then just says delayed. Really is disgraceful.

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Braintree, England

@T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

  • 91LiliRose
Lili (@91LiliRose) reported from Colchester, England

@BTCare awful service from you this evening!! We pay a lot of money for your services so we expect it to work. Most of the game missed!!

  • Lottievr4
Charlotte Read (@Lottievr4) reported from Colchester, England

@Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

  • mattrbarn
матт вагиетт (@mattrbarn) reported from Colchester, England

BT sport box office. UFC numbered events being ppv this could push my subscription above £50 a month. Very bad decision @btsport @btsportufc

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk No full drops but speed was pitiful last night. So much so that my entertainment was stuttering and buffering. So either your test equipment is faulty or lying to you. If I hadnt had a problem I wouldn't be having this conversation!!

  • nickareay
Nick Reay (@nickareay) reported from West Mersea, England

Dear @btsportfootball - I’m giving up on your pathetic #BTSport @YouTube “stream” Poor game, blurry picture, feeble analysis. I’ll leave it with you...

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk In fact. I'm sure your adverts state that its GUARANTEED never to happen!!

  • rando__
James (@rando__) reported from Eight Ash Green, England

So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

  • rando__
James (@rando__) reported from Eight Ash Green, England

@bt_uk hi need to cancel an order with you, what’s the phone number please :)

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Only issue is that the new xbox console streaming requires a minimum of 4.8mbs upload speed. I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)

  • OseEyelashes
Essex Eyes (@OseEyelashes) reported from Kelvedon, England

@btsport cancelling my service. This is shocking.

  • rando__
James (@rando__) reported from Eight Ash Green, England

Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Braintree, England

@StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

  • pauldungey
Paul Dungey - a life with dogs ❤️ (@pauldungey) reported from Colchester, England

The sound for the manchester utd match on BT Sport 2HD live is terrible, the crowd is louder than the commentary, mind you @RobbieSavage8 is one of them so it's not all bad!! @btsportfootball @btsport

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Doesnt help in the slightest.

Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

  • FunkPaco
    Paco funk (@FunkPaco) reported

@bt_uk I’ve tried but your company won’t help. In September you changed my contract automatically and started charging £20 more in a monthly basis. Never notified.

  • DivanJap
    DivanJap (@DivanJap) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk Poor you, I'm with them and haven't had a problem but the connection was already here when I moved in. What's an oatfish?

  • 1NeilTobin
    neil tobin (@1NeilTobin) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I had a bad experience with them in the summer, they out source their work to Kelly Communications. Don't waste your time with BT they will only apologise as they have no control over Kelly's and you can't contact Kelly's. I reported them to OFCOM they then had to contact me.

  • world__man
Committee of Public Safety (@world__man) reported

it's after 2400h and, like every night, @bt_uk has cut the broadband speed even though I have FTTP, it's intolerably slow

  • DebbieBennettPR
    Debbie Bennett 💙 (@DebbieBennettPR) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I have no contract with @bt_uk for the reason that I will leave as soon as I have a fibre alternative as they offer no fibre and terrible service - my sympathies!

  • SAMANTH45675438
    SAMANTHA (@SAMANTH45675438) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk As i was told by one of their own customer service the contract works both ways & you can use it to get out of it if they aren’t delivering the product you sign up to. Had a nightmare with them.

  • Clivewratten
    Clive Wratten (@Clivewratten) reported

@bt_uk Your guarantee is over 40mbs and this is a WIFI LAN connected reading. Been the same on and off for months, BT come & Openreach come & say no problem, it works for a while & then goes belly up. Given up on it ever being consistent, like promised, to be honest.

  • world__man

Hi @bt_uk do you have workers knocking on doors asking if there’s been issues with their internet, then trying to sell folk BT products?
