    @bt_uk day 5 of no landline or broadband and expected fix date 23 June ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก seriously shocking customer service when I phone to ask what you can do to help me โ€ฆ. Nothing unless I upgrade apparently. How am I supposed to work from home?

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @bt_uk hey there. Have spoken before to yourselves about my poor upload speeds and you say you cant do anything. But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @bt_uk This has been an ongoing issue for a few weeks now, my partners phone keeps switching to mobile data because it keeps dropping out and now she has none left ๐Ÿ˜‘

    So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didnโ€™t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @bt_uk Yes please, read my messages and tell me what I can do. Engineer never showed up with no information to tell me they had not picked the job up. Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged ยฃ50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!

    @bt_uk i had my bt email account hacked after putting my login details into a spurious email. I regained access to my email by changing the password but I donโ€™t seem to receive emails and emails that say they have been sent donโ€™t get received. How can I rectify this?
