I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a ยฃ18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
