Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)
