-
Anne Ruddock (@AnneRuddock) reported from Colchester, England@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Sue Pownall Artist (@SuePownall) reported from Bures Saint Mary, England@bt_uk I don't want to receive the message. I want the number blocked. It doesn't ring on my phone but goes to voicemail and I have to waste time calling it and listening to garbage.
-
𝖝𝕿𝖊𝖗𝖗𝖔𝖓𝖌𝖆 (@xTerronga) reported from Braintree, England@bt_uk This came back no issue, but I can confidently say there is an issue
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Doesnt help in the slightest.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Braintree, England@T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?
-
Rainbow Highlands (@Rainbow_Int) reported@btbusinesscare If only that were true. It’s impossible to get help from you. I’ve been trying for over an hour to get help for my business and going around in circles 🤬🤬
-
Richard (@iceman500000) reported@btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home
-
John Brett (@JohnB_Rivendell) reported@btbusinesscare Since the last 2 updates (8.2.6 & 8.2.7) the app doesn’t work properly. Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
-
Zahid K (@zahidk) reported@BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.
-
Dr Craig Johnston (@DrCEJohnston) reported@bt_uk just moved in to a property which you assured us had broadband - it doesn't. An engineer can't come out until the 7th. So, a week with no Internet or TV. Complaint incoming
