    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    We moved into the house in November. The previous owners had perfect internet. @bt_uk say they need to cut a branch down because they need to install fibre. Two deadlines already missed and now we have a date of Dec 23rd and no guarantee. Not good enough.

    @Redbird2510 Thank you. It seems perfectly reasonable to me when I can't make or receive calls and can't remedy the problem because a new handset isn't compatible. I've emailed @bt_uk Shop and have been refused, now escalated. 🤞 #CustomerService

    @bt_uk another wasted phone call. Yes your BB will be back on today I promise was the call last Tuesday. Today another call, sorry it’s not going to be back on. Your processes for rectifying this issue look to be nonexistent. Incompetent
