@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

@skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

@bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

Good job @bt_uk Had BT Broadband. Upgraded. Line disconnected with no explanation. Engineer will call...no call. 2 days currently without service and no timeframe of completion. This is 2 star worthy on trustpilot. 👏👏👏

Hi @bt_uk my broadband contract is over and I want to renew with you. I'm happy to downgrade the speed, but there's no option to do that on your site - if I can't get a new deal with you, I'll need to cancel.

@bt_uk Hi I wonder if you can help. My dad uses Virgin for his provider & watches sport on BT. For the last couple of months the option to use the red button to watch certain games has disappeared. I contacted Virgin & they said it was a matter for BT to deal with, thanks.
