@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

@bt_uk I've been sat with the BBC iPlayer loading screen for 20 minutes and this happens at least 3 times a week. How can you have an area with the population density of London and have hotspots about everywhere to connect, but because I live in a little village it just doesn't work?

@btbusinesscare What a waste of time. 'Customer Care' person just disconnected - he texted two PINS which he said were 'wrong', and I didn't receive an email with another from him. Then told me he'd have to disconnect, and left a message (I have a screenshot) which advised me to try BT Chat.
