    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    @OpenreachHelp we’ve been waiting since October 28th (3 MONTHS!!) for @WeAreOpenreach to fix a faulty telephone pole so that @bt_uk can set up our broadband finally. 3 months with temp WiFi under lockdown, endless promised timelines, and still no sign - PLEASE GIVE AN UPDATE

    @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

    I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

    @bt_uk - Had a problem with the Internet connection since last night. Just been informed that there's a network fault. Also been told that it won't be fixed until "end of Thursday". HOW is this acceptable to you? Customer service didn't even agree to a refund for loss of service!

    @bt_uk Got through to checkout and keeps telling me my account login is incorrect even though it isn’t and I got the code from that account. It’s removed the item from my basket now.. what can I do
