No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

No investigation, no communication. Useless.

Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

I would be interested to know what you offer a new customer? Broadband and BT Sport - bet it is a lot less than mine!
