    @bt_uk There isn’t that’s the problem... everytime the track order says update on such a date it then just says delayed. Really is disgraceful.

    Sad but our poor service from  @BT_uk  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @oinking @btsport It's bad enough to try and cancel my holiday in June Dave, I can't get through ... BUT I got a email stating the final £250 is due Wednesday and payment will be automatically deducted from my account 👍🏻😜

    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    Raised a complaint about 2 hrs ago with @bt_uk, to receive an email saying, 'Thanks for getting in touch with us recently. We're pleased we could help. We've now closed your complaint. Your ref no is VOL013-656792648843. No one has even discussed it with me! #poorcustomerservice

    @bt_uk my 77yo mum and dad have been without a phone line for 3 months. My mum is involved in many charities and community groups. Cant receive calls due to your incompetence at sorting out the issue. Now been without broadband for a month and promised calls but nobody calls.

    Yesterday at 4pm my parents gave @bt_uk the 1 month’s notice to cancel their broadband (well out of contract). So, guess what… BT are billing them for another month, charged them £18 for “early cancellation” on top, and then shut off their internet this morning. My dad is 83.

    I regret getting @bt_uk WiFi when I moved into this house. It never works and customer service said they can only guarantee WiFi at all times if I upgraded to a different box (more £££)???? Like wha?? I was guaranteed WiFi with the box I got now what's going on 😭
