Sad but our poor service from @BT_uk & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

@bt_uk Hi, my BT hub went solid orange in colour over an hour ago and have stayed that way. My father who lives 5 miles away has also had the same problem. Oxfordshire. Is there a problem? We’re running on very patchy 4G so difficult to call / log in to register faults. Thanks!

@bt_uk got the FTTP sorted. It’s working well but probably even better in the 10 days. I think Sky booster was interfering with the stability. Does that sound right? Thinking about tv now. Sky doesn’t seem to stay connected to BT.
