@bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

Plus there's a good chance a few more names will be announced too I see it working. Khan is a savvy man & the elite know what's up

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

@bt_uk My 94 y/o grandma is without landline/ access to any internet and BT have said someone will try and come out next week - no family live close and she couldn’t contact anyone, inc. emergency if needed - simply not good enough. Help?

@bt_uk, we called on Fri and told someone would come on Sat as a welfare priority for no phone line. No one did. We had to call again and insist. They came out. My Gran fell and fractured her hip that night with heart issues. No trust, no reliability for older/welfare customers.

@bt_uk Some explanation as to why the repair was not booked would be welcome. I can DM details. As I say, the worst did happen - she fell, is in hospital, and had BT/OR not bothered to come, she would have had no means to call for help. Family had to chase by 12pm.
