@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk @twoheadedpug While you're at it BT. Your always online promise is bull if everyone goes "home" at 5pm and the internet goes down at 1am. The online feature never sees the fault that's happening.

@bt_uk I spoke to an agent earlier and they said an engineer would be out to fix something externally by tomorrow. If they have already been it’s completely knackered it, can you check if they’ve been please?

@bt_uk chose bt Wi-fi because I wanted a good bb. Was suppose to be connected yesterday. Nothing, and an engineer can’t come out until Monday. Pretty poor do. And in the meantime I have to buy some data for the mobile which is being drained. Oh, and I got a bill yesterday. Cheers

@bt_uk paying £40 a month for your ****** service. Trying to watch the football on ITV and and for no reason what so ever we lose signal. Had nothing but problems. **** service

@bt_uk my landline got disconnected 8 times today. Broadband speed is 2MBPS (meant to be a guaranteed 20MBPS)…. Same problem I had back in April!!
