@bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk Also, if you're going to take customers completely offline for over 3 hours at a time for multiple days in a row, do you not feel obligated to warn them ahead of time that the service they are paying for won't be accessible? This is a disgrace.

@bt_uk They run a line test and the test shows that the broadband is continuously dropping out and that we are not even getting 1mbps upload speed. Download is 1.5mbps. But still im having to pay a cancellation fee of £158 when im not getting the service promised.

@bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

@bt_uk That's fine. But will they fix it today? Two companies are losing customers and no one can afford that right now. This is not a fault on the line, this is a silly, but costly mistake.

@bt_uk I'm extremely disappointed, as signed up back on the 17th Oct for install on 2nd Nov. Have now cancelled, as 8 missed install appointments. I then had the phone put down on me, after I requested to cancel. Very frustrating, now followed this up with a complaint letter!
