  @bt_uk Line speeds are fine. I've used the MyBT app and speed is as is expected. It's only an issue with the wireless connectivity.

  @bt_uk , place an order , wait three weeks for no one to turn up , or even have the decency to give any indication - phone text pigeon smoke signal - anything. Absolutely disgusting, shocking customer service.
